IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT, MY OPINION IS THAT THISBIS A SOLID COMBO AS THE BUILDING FITS NICELY INTO YOUR OLD WEST PART OF TOWN AND COOKIE HELPS NOT ONLY WITH THE MAIN PRIZE TRACK BUT ALSO WITH PROSPECTING NEW LAND!
