Making progress on your Personal Prize Collecting? Are you staying on track with Bunny’s Counter? Or are you speeding right along?
It’s time to take another look at the Personal Prize Collection and the last two prizes (9 and 10), the Plow King’s Plow & Costington’s. Let’s take a look at how these two additions enter our world of TSTO…..

First up the 9th Prize, the Plow King’s Plow:
There are no character interactions with the plow and of course, like all cars in TSTO, this one cannot be placed on the road. However, there are some really cool snow plow placements you can do in your Springfield. Just check out this great placement of the snow plow “in action” by my neighboreeno DarrenH:
The 10th (And final) Prize, Costington’s and Mr. Costington:
At 30,000 Gift Cards collected Springfield gets a new villain and his name is Mr. Costington…and he’s out to ruin Christmas! On the plus side he does come with Costington’s, which will boost your Consumerism rating +10 points! (24 hour build)
After you’ve built Costington’s, Mr. Costington will unlock in the game….along with his 5 part questline (more on that in a future post). Once Mr. Costington is unlocked the ! bubble should appear over him. Once tapped on you’ll start the questline.
In addition to the questline Mr. Costington also comes with a complete set of tasks, which makes him a good addition to TSTO (better than a Christmas Raccoon at least!)
