Hey Howdy Hey Tappers,
Well Christmas is almost over in Springfield (it’s about time right?!). Once it’s gone tomorrow (January 14th), the option to buy many of the Christmas décor will be gone! Poof just like that! The Grumple will steal them away and they’ll disappear into the night never to be able to be purchased again…unless of course EA decides to bring them back next year for Christmas.

If you haven’t noticed it yet, there was a minor in-game update today. The big news is that the odds of the Holiday Wheel have changed. Here’s the details.
I like pie charts. Mmmmmmmm…. pie. I think they show stats quite nicely. Anywho, for people that like the raw data, here it is.
| Snowmen Odds | Up to 14% (previously 13.48%) |
| Christmas Skin Odds | Down to 14% (previously 20.22% |
| Mr. Plow/Plow King Skins | Up to 9% (previously 5.05%) |
| Ice God | Up to 6% (previously 2.25%) |
| Helter Shelter | Up to 5% (previously 2.25%) |
| Snow Monster | Up to 5% (previously 1.68%) |
| Clausco | Up to 5% (previously 1.56%) |
Basically means that the odds for getting the better prizes is a little better but it still is a crap shoot whether you’ll hit that last prize you want.
The good news is that this is proof that EA has heard the uproar from many tappers and actually does care. 4 more days to go. I sincerely hope the wheel spins your way.

How’s every one doing? Been strolling around the wide world of TSTO and recently I’ve noticed quite a few folks intensely focused on the Holiday Wheel that came with this year’s holiday update. What at first seemed like such a cool concept has ended up being a hotly debated item. There are folks who have become disillusioned, feel cheated, don’t care, want that last item that is taunting them. Whatever the case, it is definitely one of those items you either love or hate it seems.
Well hello there tapperinos and tappettes. How’s everybody doing? Is everyone’s real-life holidays everything they hoped for? What’s that? You haven’t had time to enjoy them because you’ve been glued to your device playing the TSTO Holiday update? Well, me too. Who needs real life when you can be stuck inside your very own Springfield anyways.
All the holiday prep is so overwhelming sometimes. You gotta go brave the masses at all the local stores and malls just to buy the little ones something cool only to find them playing more with the box. My one year old showed me last night that spinning a stroller wheel is way more fun than any toy he has. Speaking of wheels, how’s everyone doing with their Holiday Wheels?
I hope by now that folks are getting more than one spin a day and al the prizes they desire. I know it’s frustrating to try and get all those prizes. I swear that Ice God sculpture is mocking me every time I flick my screen. Oh well though, we got lots of free stuff and one of my favorites free items is the Springfield Mall. It is the 3rd community prize and is something every tapper playing this update should have by now.

Are you having fun with the Krusty Non-Denominatioal Wheel yet? Getting frustrated because you keep landing on cash? I know I am! But hey that’s what gambling is all about…and if I was in Vegas right now I’d be pretty stoked to land on $1,000! At least I’ll keep telling myself that….
Anywho…let’s take a look at one of the non-cash prizes you can win on Krusty’s Wheel of misery fun, the Plow King! This is a costume for our premium belching friend Barney. Of course Barney unlocks when you purchase the Bowl-A-Rama for a whopping 250 donuts! (Yikes!)
If you have Barney the Plow King Skin should unlock automatically (if not just tap on Barney and toggle over to him) and if you haven’t purchased our friend don’t worry the skin will stay in your inventory should you eventually make the purchase! Once unlocked a 5 part mini quest will start where Barney does what any good drunk would do….and talks to himself. Seriously every line of dialogue is Barney talking to himself….I wonder if he’s been “cheating” on Moe and drinking the “good stuff” at the Egg Nog Bar.
Anyway let’s get to the point of this post already….geez

Well hello there holiday tapperinos!
Wookiee back with another where did THAT come from. You may have noticed I got all hip and shortened the words into a spiffy abbreviation. Cool, eh? As it seems that recently some of our ideas have been catching on in other blogs, we figured we’d do every one a favor and shorten it for future “borrowing”. Nothing says the holidays like gift giving, right? Since Bunny coined the phrase, I decided to go all military abbreviation crazy and kick things up a notch lol. Seriously though, I’m probably just too lazy to type the words. You know how I hate to type words.
So you ready for this round? You really want to know just where that Skating Rink comes from? Well, before you all line up like Oliver begging for more, I’ll just get started. Besides, none of you really want to hear my Artful Dodger impression anyways.
