Once upon a time I took a date Bowling. Three choices when you’re young and broke..Bowling, Movie on 2 for 1 night or Mini Putt.
Anyway I digress, asked her to pick a bowling ball for me out of the rack. During the transfer it was dropped on my foot. Long story short two fractured Toes, 4 hours in the ER = Been married for 9 years in April 🙂
Ouch, but I love it!
Like I said in the video, our first date was bowling. I was sick as a dog but didn’t want to cancel our date. So I heavily medicated myself with cold medicine and we bowled. We talked a lot, and the couple bowling next to us thought we had been together forever. They were shocked when they found out it was our first date. We were there for HOURS, until the cold meds wore off! Then, as I started to get all stuffy and gross again my husband said, “oh I guess you really are sick!” We’ve been together 9 years! lol
Haha that’s a good story! I wonder what percentage of married couples first date was bowling lol?

How fun! I took my little ones bowling this weekend too. Thank goodness for the bumpers or there would of been more tears than cheers I’m afraid. 🙂
We had a lot of tears! Mostly from Sam, until we realized he just wanted to throw the ball himself…or at various points kick it 🤦♀️
