So how many treat bags can I save at a time?
As many as you want
So while visiting a neighbor one of the spacecraft started floating across the skyline, a few taps later the spacecraft fell to earth and paid out 30 donuts. Is this something we will be seeing more of. The treat bags are fine but I’ll take 30 free donuts over the treat bag everytime.

Hey, I’ve just noticed that the Witch Marge buy option has reduced from 90 donuts (I think) to 75, but it’s now titled as “cauldron”. Although it still shows her witch skin. Do you guys know what the changes are, and in particular, have we lost the ability to buy Marge’s witch skin and all the benefits that come with it?
She was always 75 for me. It also only ever showed the Cauldron for me too. It was like a nice surprise the first time we saw her few years back and found out she popped out of the cauldron. 🙂

What exactly does the Giant pumpkin do? I had to purchase candy bars to get him, tapped him to make him stand and was waiting on my character to ‘snuggle’ or something, but when I came back in it’s gone and I’m suppose to repurchase it?? What the heck?? Is that normal or do I need to report it??

It’s not up yet…trying to get the super limited-time stuff out of the way first (drive in will be here for the whole event…a lot of other premiums won’t). But it’ll be up soon. 🙂
So, thought this was a notable thing to post, I got the Drive In Theater with the Space Mutant, and although it seems like a stretch, it’s so ridiculously worth it. I noticed all the play every six hours/three times a day, and it’s really a great way to do it, but with the drive in, I continuously play Space Mutants XVII, which lasts an hour and a half, and fits with the THOH Alien theme. With that, I squish all the Rigellians there, start it, and wait for Homer to say “Push Notification.” It might seem like a ridiculous amount of work, but I climbed two levels so fast with that. Instead of paying thousands of in game cash, it’s only 10 a movie, and a nice pay out and plenty of XP to move forward/get donuts. I know it’s one of the “on the fence” items for the Should I Buy page, but I love it.

Hey did any know that with candy bag u get a donut. Its uncommon but I got 2 from 10 bag (not all the time ) XD
maybe somebody asked this and i missed it, but what is the weapon upgrade do exactly ? i haven’t noticed any difference as of yet
Expands the radius of your squish. The higher the level the bigger the radius for squishing aliens 🙂

You have to craft both the giant pumpkin and hugo for each quest…Hugo for good son and pumpkin for pumpkin house
I’m curious about the Regillians in Krustyland…do they serve anything more than an event theming purpose. They don’t seem to be able to be smashed like the ones in my Springfield.

I have a funny – well i think it is, story.
i had knee replacement surgery on 10/13. no wifi at the hosp – we found out it was limited – but no logging in to tap 4-6 times a day. So, i told my hubby he had to tap for me. I said i’d play his world of tanks or world of Warplanes games if he asked me to (not that he would – i suck at them). So, he agreed.
I’d call him and i’d hear taptaptaptaptap and comments from the characters, etc. Then, he’d bring the kindle with him when he visited and he’s showing me – “I bought you the bond boat, oh and the green peace boat” – cause they give you more percentages….oh and the transporter – gotta get one of those….and oh – now moe is doing this – and i grew triffids etc…..
I was in hysterics. Oh and he evaluated krusty land and did some improvements there….lol.
I just concentrated on visiting neighbors when i had the kindle – and just let him work on springfield and krustyland.
now – he’s not a fan 0f the simpsons much – but he’s totally into getting the game up to speed for me while i’m shacked up.
He has really given me a giggle with it.
and pardon the caps, typos – not on good drugs anymore but enough to make typing hard…and annoying to correct. lol.

Since the Halloween update, I’ve been having trouble logging into the game on my Kindle.
I press the icon, I get the Gracie, Fox, EA logos, then a black screen, then back to my Kindle home screen.
Sometimes it takes going through this 10+ times to finally get to the rotating donut screen.
Anyone else having this?
I got that when my B game locked up and couldnt get in until they rolled my town back. I would suggest the basics and if it doesnt help, contact EA

I have an issue too!
I log in to my account and after that, the intro to when you first play the game pops up – the one where Homer blows up Springfield. Then it says “cannot connect to server” takes me back to the home screen to tap & sign in & it does it all over again.
I’m not sure whats going on. I can only play on my phone. I tried logging in & out bit that hasnt worked.
Check your connection signal. Usually I see that with poor WiFi. Try some of the basics.

Hey I’m in need of some serious help! The first day of the update I was able to long into my town, but since the second day every time I try to log in I get the cannot connect to server message. I emailed EA, they had me go trough a bunch of trouble shooting steps, and nothing has worked. I know it’s my account because I have tried logging into 3 different devices over 5 different networks, both WiFi and mobile. I had a friend log into her account on my phone without any issue, but I wasn’t able to log into my account on her phone.
Sorry for the long story but the issue is now EA hasn’t responded to me since Thursday 10/9..I’ve sent them 2 messages since and nothing. I’m running out of ideas and don’t know where else to turn.
Outside the basics, I do not know. They may have to roll your town back. Not sure. It is something that only EA has access to. Sorry.
I would start a new report and try to talk to someone on the phone and explain all you did and where you are and if they can escalate the issue.
Try during regular business hours.
Sweet, I’ll give that a shot. It’ll suck if the have to roll back my town cuz of all the work I put into it, but at this point I don’t care I just want it back!

Does anyone know if there is a max number of treat bags you can hold? I’m getting close to donut torture machine so I’m considering waiting to open the bags until we switch to a new prize track. I’m assuming that the bags I save would contain the currency for the next phase.
This is my thought, the results of the treat bags may already be determined the moment you acquired them. So I do not see reason to NOT open them. I may be wrong, but that is my take on the matter. I am not storing any of mine, and there is no info on just keeping them there…so I am unable to answer that.
Ah, but there’s no reason to open them immediately if I can get the final prize by squishing aliens alone. Aside from the thrill of instant gratification, of course.
I may just hang onto my bags until phase two. I’ll let you guys know what happens.
Quick question. Is Bunny going to make another one of her o-so-useful calenders for this event, so I know if I’m on track with the probe(and so on) collecting? Because, you know…….I’m too lazy to do the math my self – and her’s always looks so good.

The halloween update is pretty cool so far, only problem is that getting probes is a slow task! Ive been playing daily since it started, i visit neighbors and send kids treat or tricking, i even spent donuts on the ray gun so ive een shooting some UFOs too, but im at 2400 probes by now, and the next phase will start soon so i dont think im gonna be able to win the last prize at this rate! What can i do??

What is the deal with halo ween update always crashing. I have a galaxy s4 and can’t load game. I love these events but if I can’t play them they don’t do any good. Please fill me in to fix the bug or help find a way to compensate for the missing items needed to collect to maximize the first segment of the halo ween concept
