We just celebrated Canada Day and 4th of July this week. And the Toronto Blue Jays are in first place after sweeping the New York Yankees. The MLB All Star Game is coming up. What have you been up to since the end of the game?
So chat about the Simpsons, TSTO, end of the game, or anything else you can think of! (Just no politics, it never ends well) Can’t wait to chat with you all, you know we love hearing from you!

Just stopped by to say Merry Christmas.
Hi all. I stopped playing after EA shut it down. I DID go on some discord and download some backup of my game. BUT then before it was up and running, I drifted away.
How are you guys playing now?
It’s been MONTHS for me and I started over 11 years ago and was a daily player the whole time. I know it was 11+ years cuz my wife was pregnant then and my son is now 11 LOL
What should I do to start back into the game?

Recently watched the new episode “aunt misbehavin” and couldn’t help but wonder what happened to the child patty and Selma adopted from china. Ling I think her name was iirc.
I believe it was an “illegal child acquisition”, that Patty and Selma schemed, in order for Ling’s actual parents to enter Springfield via a loophole in immigration policy. Once in the US,…Lings’ Father managed to infiltrate NASA, and secure a very prominent position in the Space Shuttle Program…perhaps inspired by Homer’s inanimate carbon rod adventure…that’s up for debate.
A side note here….it’s believed that when Lings’ parents entered the US…the Mother, name unknown, has never been seen.
Lings’ Father….hypothesized name of, Ping Pong…worked at NASA for at 25 years, where he secured and copied thousands of Shuttle Program documents. Inevitably Mr. Pong fled to his Homeland and provided the Great Leader with many US secrets.
Lings’ whereabouts remain in limbo…some say SHE is the original Bitcoin creator…some say she works as an informant for the New World Government…and is untraceable. Others say “what the heck are you talking about”?….Hope everything is good Sandra…

Not sure how things are right now… The front end of my car got squashed by a massive falling tree limb during some high winds, and my mom just got back some concerning blood test results. Should know more about both by later this week, I hope!

Yeah…from another comment, I realized these are not new events – they’re ones that were in the game before. That’s great for those who didn’t get a chance to do then the first time around!
Unfortunately it will never be like it was…nothing is…and everything is getting worse. Australia has taken a momentous step..unfortunately…this step should have been foreseen at the start.. I previously commented on the 3/I Atlas traveler. This 3rd Eye Atlas will now be at its nearest to Earth on the 19th…pretty sure it was the 18th several weeks ago. I mentioned the error in Calendars over the centuries. Still approximately 170 million miles away Earth.…but this is trivial for such a traveler. What was that about 93 million miles away from K1..the first megaburst..something something..wu tang… And what’s this about all the interest in Jupiter? Educate us Safi! I know you know….

🌈Ditto for adding you both…. seems the dozens of neiboreenos I used to have are all quite content to abandon the game, along w/the creators of this groovy forum… even more puzzling after such solid years of communication. It couldn’t be more simple to download & continue the new version, although really no new content & I’d been just on every week ir so, but caught this post here on the new classic & fully functional Hall🎃ween😈Horror Event, even with perfect vfx for darkened atmosphere! Kudos to the creators & look fwd to more😎👌

Its not hard to do, just look for the instructions, I waited for ages before I downloaded my game, then joined the server, discords, and have been playing for months

I used to be quite active on this site and playing this game. It’s been many years since I signed in and just discovered it was no longer active. I came here and was happy to see the site still active. I got nostalgic thinking back to the days of the game being new. I wrote a guide for this site about farming free donuts a very long time ago. Anyway, I hope anyone who reads this is doing well and has found some new way to fill their time without TSTO
Was hopeful for a more eventful ending from the addict or a plan to continue but going out quietly is the way, I miss the old addicts posts ect. One question, will the sire be archived and available to view or will it disappear. Am still tapping but it doesn’t feel the same without the addict. 😞
Let’s Go Blue Jays?….eh Safi? 3I/Atlas will be closest to Earth on Dec. 19th, according to Harvard physicist Avi Loeb..or something..lol…that’s close to Christmas…the Gregorian Calendar is probably off a few days. Not looking too good for the Blue Jays right now, after losing the first two games at home in the Best of Seven and now going to Seattle for games 3, 4, (and hopefully) 5.

Congrats Safi! I hope they can take down the Dodgers! Doesn’t it annoy everyone that Ohtani has been involved with at least 2 fraud cases involving gambling and real estate fraud? MLB is still the best at keeping media quiet…NFL is very close second..NHL..almost impossible to fix….and Everyone should understand by now the NBA relations with China..hardly worth watching anymore. Ea bought for billions, new simpsons film, tsto still playing and new server for all, tsto addicts endgame?, after all these years does it end like this… I for one are very disappointed, bunny, Patric, alissia, graham, ect what say ye all, one last goodbye till November when the bill hits.
I’m still around but permanently exhausted with the worst insomnia ever – not helped by a numpty noisy neighbor – so I’m cross-eyed and with a stinking headache stopping me from doing anything to research getting tapping again.

So sorry to hear that, Graham! Can you get some good earplugs (the kind that you squish up and insert and then they expand and that are rated for high-decible noise)? I sometimes have issues with insomnia and have different things I try that sometimes help, but it depends on which kind of insomnia I’m having…the kind where I’m not sleepy or the kind where my brain won’t shut up are the two most common ones for me and I do treat those somewhat differently. If you want more specific advice, drop me an email. Hang in there!

New Season started last night! Funny first episode about 90’s fashion.
I can’t find my town in the town finder using my EA ID. Does that mean it is lost and couldn’t be retrieved from the EA server before they shut it down? Is there another way to search?
I’ve been wondering the same thing myself, and I’m afraid that is likely the case. I don’t know how it came to be that some towns were saved and others not.
I understand we are all bust folk. But have the addicts gone to rehab. There has been nothing new from any founders of this site. In a long time. With the relaunch of project Springfield, I thought there will be a lot of feedback, news or notes on it.

Hi Everybody!! Hi Dr. Mike! Yes…I did it. But enough about that….wow…the heat..the heat…days like these must be rough for a lot of you…i think of that twilight zone episode where that Earth was moving towards the sun…amazing how what could be a high school play…can draw you in..it was nice to read comments from Sandy…and Safi…Safi and his Blue Jays….side note….I went to The Northern Maine Fair in Presque Isle, ME…to reminisce…I watched these kids play D&D…just like the old days….what a great sight…then I saw the vintage original Gary Gygax hard covers…Monster Manuals 1&2..Fiend Folio, Dungeon Masters Guide/Players Handbook originals..1979…man….I felt Ill seeing the prices they were going for….even the price of some of the dice….can I go back to 1988 and my Kevin Staab board?
I have some of the original hard cover D&D manuals…are you saying they’re worth some significant money??
Hi Sandra…yes..anything D&D or AD&D related is worth money…especially old/original hardcovers. Some old dice/campaigns/character sheets, etc..can be worth way more than expected. Make sure to consult with a friend or local business with a good reputation. I got decent money for my collection about 10 years ago, but wow…do I wish I would’ve saved them!

Find them if you can…regarding the books…anything D&D..AD&D..is worth money…even dice, pewter figures, character sheets, adventure manuals…everything…good luck. Times will be getting extremely rough soon…eh…Sandy….hang strong. We are united in faith..no matter all the trivial differences. Good Luck!
I actually never played with the pewter figurines! Those weren’t part of the game in the late 70s/very early 80s, when I played…I was never very clear on how they’re used.
And, yes…scary times right now. Appreciate the sentiment and I agree! Wish more people could think like you in that regard.
God bless Sandra…hope it’s ok to say that. We’re probably in agreement that it doesn’t seem likely that things will get better anytime soon…it’s really too bad. I’m lucky to live in such a peaceful area..with not a lot of people. Yet…the real disdain in the World right now is actually aethereal(?)….it’s like a foul odor.

The pewter figures weren’t normally used during an adventure, or campaign …however; a good Dungeon Master could incorporate them in some way. Most people just painted them..in their own image..jk.. I always preferred to be a player…but wow…way back machine..lol..’84–thru—‘89-90? I can’t wait to get back to those 2 greatest decades in history! We’ll be able to do that soon…

Hey addicts has any one started have trouble with project Springfield. I tried to log this morning. It said it could not connect to server. We the fans crush the server. That would a badass move. Power to the people. It would very sad that that we crushed the server and lost Springfield once again. So if anyone has information, please let me know.

But the zombie version doesn’t have new events, right? For me, without the events (and the amusing dialog that often came with them), the game did kinda end. I might revive my town on the zombie server some day, but it’s just not the same at all.

Restored my town in Project Springfield. It works, and yes, the world’s largest toilet is now in my Springfield 🙂
