What EA Said:
The people of Springfield freak out now that there’s no promise of eternal reward anymore. Lisa makes an appeal that it’s still not too late for them to come together and build Heaven on Earth. Ned takes her literally and leads the people of Springfield in building their own version of Heaven in Springfield, which ends up being a very gauche theme park. Unfortunately, while God isn’t opposed to a Heaven-themed theme park, he’s offended they built one that’s so lame and abandons humanity altogether.

Without new land I am going to have to store parts of my town. I really don’t want to do that.
Or you can redesign parts of your town to need less land? I’ve been playing since 2014 and still haven’t used up all of my land, even though I have a town that was designed with great care.
One thing I see a lot of people do (which may or may not apply to you) is to put each building on an “island” of sorts, surrounded on all four sides by roads. This is not the way real cities and towns work, except, maybe, when a building is exceptionally large or important. If you’ve done that, try putting several buildings together to form more of a real block of buildings and then put roads around that. If that doesn’t apply to you, maybe see whether an area that has, say, a whole big forest around it could maybe do with a smaller one? The trick is to build somewhat densely, but without sacrificing a sense of different areas and “set pieces.”
Also, not every item you’ve gotten needs to be out in your town. There have been a few buildings (not many though) that I’ve chosen not to include in my town’s design (either for now or forever).
Bottom line is we’ve been given plenty of land…you just need to be judicious with it!
Store your Springfield heights stuff and you see tons of opportunity and space. I store all my western, medieval, heaven, IRL, space, etc. junk and just keep my town as Springfield
When does act 3 start ????
