When Opal and her table started acting up, I would tap the table a couple of times. And whala…………she and her client would appear. After 2 or 3 months of this nonsense
It was working as it should ? Don’t know what happened 😕
Haven’t had any problems since….who knows?
Now try and store the table and do the Read Tarot Cards job that doesn’t use it.
That’s impossible.
Now imagine that the quest decided you didn’t have the table so that’s the job you need to do.
No possible way to complete that unavailable task.
Like many I’ve spent almost 18 months watching Princess Opal sit at that Tarot Table and for 4 hours at a time perform the task to Read Tarot Cards and all the while wishing I could get her to do the 4 hour job to Read Tarot Cards the quest wants – deep joy !!
The event started 2 hours ago and still no update on Amazon fire.
I didn’t realise you are UK also! Thanks for all you do – only recently started logging back into TSTO after a few years hiatus ( been playing since release) – and is really useful to know when to keep characters free for upcoming events – thank you! Although I do hate dragging Burns away from his usual ‘ frolicking in currency’ task !!
With my messed-up sleep it’s understandable no-one knows what time-zone I’m actually in. Half the time I don’t either !!

The game would start at 11 am EDT.. as it starts at 9 am MDT..
Because our Daily Tasks use to start at 1am MST and now starts at 2am MDT.
It’s 12:53 pm MDT right now.. My daily task rests in 13hrs and 6 min. making it 2am MDT
EDT is UTC – 4
14 – 4 = 10
They used to be 15:00 UTC for Daylight Saving and 14:00 from fall through winter but it’s been reversed it seems so they’ll all be 10am ET / EDT instead of 9am ET and 11am EDT
Addicts runs on ET / EDT but I’m in the UK so I need to know the times to set for Rundowns and other posts.
In the UK GMT is UTC and BST is UTC + 1
( our clocks change at the end of the month )
In the US ET is UTC – 5 and EDT is UTC – 4
( giving a typical 5 hour difference )
Okay.. that explains a lot when I see you post Time Zones..
Not a problem..
But remember that those in North America will be confused when you say 8am and the game doesn’t start til 9am Mountain Daylight Time. or 10am when it starts at 11am Easter Daylight Time.
It seems that Princess Opal survived another update. I guess she will stay forever in my task book. Thanks for nothing, EA.
I’ve had a few goes on that and plan to try again on Thursday.
That’ll be 18 months to the day since Tragic Magic brought us Princess Opal !!
Are there any ways to clear this task without EA intervention? I’ve tried storing and replacing Opal and the table, that didn’t work.
