Questline with Dialog:

Dharma and Donuts part 1:

Carl: Something seems different about you, Homer.
Homer: Well, I did get a haircut this weekend. They cut this one hair.
Carl: Not you. The other Homer.
Homer: Oh, that guy. Yeah, he won’t stop hovering over me.
Carl: It’s annoying when people look over your shoulder.
Homer: No, I mean he won’t stop levitating. And talking about enlightenment.
Lenny: Is he a fellow Buddhist?
Buddha Homer: What gave it away?
Lenny: Probably your loincloth. It’s very non-attachment.
Carl: A little too non-attachment for me. You mind tightening that thing up a little?

• Make Buddha Homer Tighten His Loincloth – 4 hours
• Make Carl Introduce Himself – 4 hours
• Make Lenny Introduce Himself – 4 hours
• Make Homer Get Jealous of Buddha Homer – 4 hours

Dharma and Donuts part 2:

Homer: What’s so great about Buddhism, anyway? Other than the lack of pants. I could get used to that.
Buddha Homer: It’s only through meditation that you can discover your path to enlightenment.
Homer: How do you meditate?
Carl: You sit for hours on end.
Homer: Yeah, so?
Lenny: You empty your mind of all your thoughts.
Homer: *dun-dun dadada dun-dun dada*
Buddha Homer: You rid yourself of ambitions.
Homer: *burp*
Carl: Is it possible that Homer is the greatest Buddhist known to man?
Buddha Homer: I spent years becoming Buddha Homer. There’s no way Homer is more enlightened than me. I demand a meditation off!

• Make Buddha Homer Meditate – 4 hours
• Make Homer Empty His Mind Without Trying – 4 hours
• Make Lenny Judge the Meditation Off – 4 hours

Buddha Homer: I couldn’t focus. I was too angry at the idea of Homer winning.
Homer: You should relax. Do what I do. Nothing.
Lenny: You know, it’s highly irregular and pretty anti-Buddhist to judge a meditation competition.
Buddha Homer: Just name a winner.
Lenny: Homer definitely won.
Homer: Woo-Hoo!

Dharma and Donuts part 3:

Buddha Homer: Look, Homer. You might be able to empty your mind, but Buddhism isn’t just meditation.
Homer: It isn’t?
Buddha Homer: Great thinkers have spent hundreds of years to perfect enlightenment.
Homer: First you tell me NOT to think about it and now you’re telling me to think about it. Make up your mind!
Buddha Homer: You don’t get it, do you!

• Make Buddha Homer Preach Enlightenment – 4 hours

Buddha Homer: That’s it. I can’t take it anymore. I don’t deserve my golden sheen. You are the more enlightened one.
Homer: *drool* Donuts.
Buddha Homer: Wait, when you meditate, are you thinking about donuts?
Homer: All the time.
Buddha Homer: Then you aren’t enlightened. You need to empty your mind. Not fill it with sugary treats.
Homer: But I am always thinking about donuts.
Buddha Homer: So when your eyes glaze over…
Homer: I’m thinking about glaze…
Buddha Homer: Thank you universe! All’s right with the world once again! I am the better Buddhist! Not that that matters….

  1. I saw a post on Reddit saying that the 8 hour job will also randomly give a donut. Can anybody here confirm? I just this, so I don’t have any input yet.

    • Looks like there’s something to that, but with my luck …
Didn’t even notice there seems to be one when you finish the quest ( I think )

    • ^^ scratch that, I’m pretty sure there is.

Every time I think I’ve figured what’s what in the info EA throw me a curve-ball

    • I’ve added a note on that in the post, ta for the heads-up.

  2. I got this immediately when I saw it. Love it. Have not started the story line yet since I have the character working on the current prize track/ mini event.

  3. I would consider this if the building could of been built on the mountain range
