I had Kumiko Bundle but my prize disapear mysteriously.
Check your Inventory where it shows everything and go through it carefully. Older stuff is usually towards the end.
If you had Kumiko anyway use the Census from tapping the Town Hall to find her and see if you have the option to change into the Sailor Kumiko skin when she’s not on a job and you tap her.
If you didn’t have Kumiko before check the Characters section of your Inventory.
