What does levelling up homer do?
He earns more elixir on Barbarian tasks. The higher the level, the more elixir. I have a post I’m working on which should come out next week.
Hey did u know if u have a lot shields it will give 1die (dice)
2% chance with each defend so the more shields, the better your chances.
I’ve gotten to the “Get Revenge” part but when I click the read “Get Revenge” and then do that whole thing, the quest is never completed. Am I missing something obvious?
Seen a couple folks with this issue. I hate to say it but you probably need to elevate it up to EA’s level. Good news is the revenge task won’t effect the primary questline progression.
So what is the best attacking strategy? should I hit random players with the top right button or should I attack friends first? I am a few days late on this event and need to be as efficient as possible. I am leaning towards friends… What you you guys think?
The randoms have a higher payout but your neighbors have a much higher chance of attacking you back. I lean towards neighbors. I only go to randoms to blow up castles with cheaters.

According to the gold calander my bf and I are well behind. He started playing on day one and myself on day 2. But I don’t have anywhere near what I should have gold wise. Really worried I won’t finish this event now
As you progress through the event earning gold will be easier. You’ll get more nerds to attack neighbors & more will attack you 🙂
I have unlocked the castle recycle for lisa, but it says it can only be accessed via a quest, but I don’t know what character starts the quest.

You’ll be able to build the castle after you’ve completed part 9 of The Prince and the Premise
I can’t buy any walls or towers, even after “unlocking” them… Is that normal? I just can get walls towers and gates by upgrading the castles?
Once your castle is at Level 10, all the items to make it spiffy will be available.
Is there a way to find out what your current maximum nerd capacity is? Besides trial and error and nerds going to waste of course… Thanks!

So I have all three castles, and of course I want to level them all up but does anyone have any idea where they max out? Level 10 maybe? Just wondering so I can spend my potion wisely. Thanks!
They MAX at Level 20….but you can still level up beyond that it just won’t do anything 🙂
It said I had unlocked Lisa and the hut or whatever she comes with but it is not in my inventory? Any ideas?
So if you go to your menu screen and tap on the lil brown box on the lower left corner and scroll through, you do not see the Castle Recycled in the list? They are alphabetized by groups. Look for Recycle and Castle.
I have the same issue, with Castle Recycle and Archer Lisa missing from my inventory, locked or unlocked. Do you get a resolution? I contacted EA but they’ve simply said ‘wait 7 days and hopefully it’ll just appear’. I now cannot complete the Eco Castle quest as I have no castle…
That’s weird they said just to wait. Makes me think they have an update working to fix a bunch of the glitches. Make sure you keep up with them. During events, it’s the squeaky wheels that get attention.

So I got this notification that a special price was waiting for me and since I opened it the game doesn’t launch anymore. I only get the reconect screens etc.. Anyone else?
Update triggered the 15 free donuts and EVERYONE is trying to get in at once. Give it a bit to come back online and the traffic on the server to slow down.

Did you just add the game? It hit during the update. If you had the game then, you will need to Contact EA on the matter.
This page looks like it has placeholders for more detailed content. For example, I see headers like “Walkthroughs”, “Details and What the Heck is Going On”, “Glitches”, etc. but there isn’t any content there. I’ve read all the pages linked to at the top but it feels like I’m still missing the core info for this event. Any ETA on when those headers will be filled in with info?

This is the Event page. As it JUST started, the content is limited now. As we complete pulling the info, compiling the stats, writing it up, then posting it to the site…you will see the info as it goes live. THEN once it goes live we will also add the link to the page too. Patience. There is a LOT of details for the event and we are going through it, pulling it apart, and testing it all so we can provide as much detail to you as possible. Just keep an eye out on the site.

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has come across this…. When defending my town from a random defender, I earned 20 cheaters. I haven’t reached the unlock part yet, so was wondering if it was a (lovely) glitch, or if it was something that regularly happens? Thanks!
P.S. thank you addicts for the help and walkthroughs, I’m sure I’d be stuck without you!
There is a chance of a cheater randomly popping out when attacking/defending. Nice little bonus for you.
It said the same to me but they never added to the amount I have.
They are 20 sided die, so please do not misunderstand their description. If one pops up, you only get one extra added to your total. No more than that. The pack won at 800 gold is 5 extra. Anymore than that need to be bought with donuts.
Where’s the “should I buy” section for this event? I looked, but I couldn’t find it. Is it too early in the event to be asking this question?

We’re working on it. Right now, basic game posts come first then we’ll hit on the Should I Buy posts. With just components to the event as should I buy items there’s no rush to spend those donuts 🙂

You can harvest if you’d like. The money aspect is unchanged from regular play.. 🙂
Sorry for my continued confusion, but I just want to make sure I understand this part. So, since houses (except for the Simpson house) look only “attackable” (not tappable for $/handshakes) we can collect revenue on our houses, and they’ll still have swords over them? Also, is this why – when I visit friends, especially with house farms – only “non-housey”/Squidy/premium stuff is available to tap? This might explain why am getting tagged more – I might need to clear my handshakes more often.

Yep there is a tick mark on two of my houses but I can’t fix them when I tap nothing happens

I’m having the same issue as bassdudex4a did BUT I can’t figure out who or where to seek revenge. I don’t have a button to click on in my eye for an eye (revenge) task. What do I need to do?? Thank you!!
Tap on your castle, you’ll see a red revenge button in the menu.

Tap on a building that was attacked (castles work well) and you’ll see a red revenge button appear. Just click on it and it’ll take you away! 🙂
Do I have to spend donuts to get nerds for raids?
No. They’ll come from the castles. 🙂
Does the amount of nerds you send to raid affect your rewards? I’m wondering if I can split up my nerds into smaller groups rather than 9 to 10 at once..cover more ground?
No. It only speeds up the time. So more nerds= less time for your neighbor to defend against it
Where is the “revenge button” Grunt boy said I should just hit it, and I have a task saying I should do it. (I missed the name of who destroyed my building.)

What happened? I collected my 20 cheaters and the screen went opaque, but no cheaters in my raiding inventory. Did I collect them too soon? Only on part 4 of quest line. Grunt!
It’s possible…it’s all timed with the questline. I’m working on the walkthruogh right now…it should be up soon (so many layers to this update!)

Why does it still show the two skins as locked after I won them??? Did I do something wrong lol
You need to hit certain levels and quests in the game before you can use specific items. We have stats coming on all this. They will just hang out til they are needed in the game and triggered.
How do you open the Personal Prize menu?
After you’ve built the castle you should see a little tower icon by the build menu (bottom right). Tap on that…bottom right screen will now show you a trophy…that’s where you’ll see the prizes 🙂
