Woo hoo! The MAGGIE ACT!!!!
In our silly lil game, we sometimes see things pop in that we have no clue as to their Origin. They seem familiar, but we just can’t pinpoint from where. So that is why we decided to make a fun lil reminder out of it. To let you know just Where Did THAT Come From?
It’s still snow time like the present to be playing an event in TSTO and we keep getting more and more amazing stuff. You know what that means… it’s time again for me to dip into my noggin of Simpsons info and write about specific stuff. For this post I will be going over one of the premium items that popped up with Act III of the 2015 TSTO Holiday Event for 100 Donuts… the Slide Factory. But what does this factory have to do with the Best. Show. Ever.? Where did HE come from? Let’s take a look at the TV Series to find out.
“Bart Gets Famous” (S5:E12)
Bart is excited for a field trip and more than happy to taunt Lisa that her class is not going. While Lisa daydreams about solving all the world’s problems and impaling Bart on her Nobel Peace Prize, it’s off to school where Bart discovers they’re going to the Box Factory. He tries to daydream too but TV ruined his imagination lol. On the way to their field trip, the kids on the school bus pass allsorts of amazing places they’re not going to… Toy Town, a Fireworks Testing Range AND the Slide Factory.
North Haverbrook went to the first and Capitol City went to the second. I blame Shelbyville and Spittle County for bogarting the Slide Factory. Too bad the Box Factory wasn’t a freebie in this act also.

I have also found Maggie many times and at least 4 times can not get the game to acknowledge it. A will try tapping the base of the building now.
I’ve done the Maggie game twice and I don’t know if it’s just me, but there’s no chance of finding her in such a short time and then waiting 16 hours for another go! 🙁

I’ve won 3 out of 4 so far. You absolutely have to play with the sound on.
I’ve found her twice.. And you can’t “tap” on her…. So the game has issues still… But turn on your sound and you’ll hear her sucking when you get closer
Are you tapping the base of the building she’s on? If not, that’s the problem.
Hopefully that will help me next time I find her. I’ve played 3 times now. The first was OK but it did take a bit of tapping before she was “found”, the second I found her almost straight away but despite tapping like mad on and around her the game didn’t register at all. No matter what I did and at what magnification I tapped she just lay there as the timer ran down. The most recent time I didn’t find her at all. Just another 16 hours to wait now so I can try again…
I couldn’t find her the first 2 times and was getting pretty frustrated. Just make sure the sound is all the way up and make sure you stay in one area for a second or two. If you’re just zooming around all over town and never stopping you won’t hear the sucking.
Instead of the box factory, children, we’re going to the… box factory.
Damn TV, it ruined my imagination, just like it ruined my ability to, um… Uh…

New update just released. Involves Sanjay and a questline leading to his son Jamshed (?). First task is four hours long.

I don’t think the Slide Factory was overbooked, it’s just that Skinner has the Worst. Imagination. Ever.
Man just a a big Homer moment. Played Maggie’s mini game and the sound was off in the settings and cancelled the game to turn up sound and not another chance to play game today. Don’t know how many doughnuts I just missed out on.
Yeah, I’m guessing they plugged that one with today’s update. They also fixed other problems that came from changing “Walk Maggie” to “Take Maggie for a Walk.”
Plus, a new character!
Three. It’s the same as the level-up donut screen; you choose donuts from three boxes, and pay to open the other boxes if you didn’t get three on the first shot.
