Get those doggie treats ready Tappers because Dog Days Act 2 has arrived! Which pup will be the king of the kennel? Well, it’s up to you to find out in TSTO’s latest update…Dog Days! As always, loads of dialogue with this one, so be sure to read along to see what happens! And of course, Alissa will be posting it as each week wraps up…
Remember, this Act will still be playable until the event ends on July 20th. However, Act 3 will start on July 3rd (note the Sunday start date)
Anywho….things kick off with an auto-triggered series of dialogue…
After you’ve completed the initial dialogue, you’ll kick off the Dog Days Act 2 Event!
Now on with the details for Act 2!
Here’s EA’s Act 2 synopsis:
With the dogs now running the whole town like they own the place, Wiggum must get control of things,
so he brings in Elaine Wolff from the Dognitive Behavioral Therapy Institute to find a solution to the
pooch problem. After much canine psychoanalysis and consulting with the local Crazy Dog Man for his
expertise, Elaine Wolff determines that the most effective response to the dogs will be to distract them
with treats and fun, so they go about doing just that… adding a dog park, changing the Dog Pound into a
Dog Playground, and of course putting doggie treat dispensers on every street corner. Unfortunately,
these changes seem to only further convince the dogs that they are, indeed, the humans’ superiors, and
the dogs crack down even further on their former masters, enlisting a gang of civilian dogs to start
rounding up unruly humans. Wiggum is tired of playing the nice cop, and tired of everyone in town
complaining just because he “created a terrifying police dog state”, so he hatches a plan…!
We should all know by now unless of course, you’re new to TSTO that the prizes for this event follow the same questline format to unlock as our regular mini-events do.
As I stated above, the initial quests are 6s. Once completed you’ll start the Of Gone To The Dogs questline, which is the Act 2 story to follow. This is how you’ll unlock the Act 2 prizes.

The overall idea of this event is funny tho, I mean leave it to Wiggum to lose his authority to a bunch of pea brains by trying to take the laziest way out of doing his job duties.
Some good prizes like Crazy Dog Man, Laddie, and others in the coming weeks. Fun seeing Santa’s Little Helper pitching in on the task list and making the tedious parts a little lighter on us this month.
A bit heavy on the dog related buildings, but I mean that is theme.

If this isn’t the worst premise and least funny dialogue of any event/update I’ve played, I don’t recall what is. I love dogs, this content should have been a shoo-in. What happened writers?!? You were the one thing killing it since the whole “multi-event” downslide began. Smh. Hopefully this is just the summer unpaid interns at work and the real writers are back by THOH.
I will admit the writing is not up to par compared to last year, but I will gladly take 50% of the New Content from this Multi Act Event vs 100% from the last Mini Event (first time in tsto history I literally skipped an entire Event!)
