Whip It Good part 1:

Burns: Smithers, who is this magnificent creature?
Smithers: That’s Orc Willie, sir. He came from another universe.
Burns: He’s the perfect brute to motivate my power plant workforce. Hire him!
Orc Willie: Gah, Orc Willie works for no master.
Burns: Every monster has his price. Tell me, what is it you desire most?
Orc Willie: Well, I always wanted to own me own whip store.
Burns: You’ll have your store as long as you bring those whips to work for me.
Smithers: Sir, you can’t have your employees whipped. It’s not the 1990’s anymore.
Burns: Then I’m also appointing this man as the new head of Human Relations! If anyone complains it’ll be directly to him…and his whips.

Whip It Good part 2:

Burns: The first thing we’ll have to do is get you dressed for the part.
Orc Willie: What’s wrong with what I’m wearing now?
Burns: Don’t mean to offend. Your wrist spikes are great for instilling fear into the common man. But we do have a dress code here.
Orc Willie: Ugh, so I’ve got to wear a suit ‘n tie?
Burns: Heavens no, I’m talking MORE spikes. Lay ’em on! But also…hair should be trimmed above the ear. We’re VERY strict on that.

• Make Burns Give Orc Willie a Stipend – 4 hours

Whip It Good part 3:

Burns: Now you’re looking the part. You’re ready to crack some skulls.
Orc Willie: On a scale of grievous injury to mortally wounded, how hard would you like these laddies whipped?
Burns: Hmm…you’re the artist. You decide.
Carl: That Orc is coming this way. Quick, everyone pretend to be working.
Lenny: I’ve been working, so I don’t have to pretend.
Orc Willie: You there, with the smug “I’ve been working” look on your face!
Lenny: That’s me! The hard worker!
Orc Willie: When the hard worker gets a taste, everyone will imagine how hard they’ll be whipped for slacking! *whips Lenny*
Lenny: Ow! This better qualify for workman’s comp.
Orc Willie: The only compensation you’ll be gettin’ is more whippin’! *whips Lenny again*

Homer: First they take away our work naps, then they start whipping us? I’m inclined to file a complaint.
Carl: It’s just fillin’ out a form.

Lenny: I tried complaining and all it got me was more whippings.
Orc Willie: All right, gather ’round you scallywags. I heard some of ye’ ain’t been too happy with yer whippings. So I got ye all a little somethin’.
Homer: Lemme guess, more whippings?
Orc Willie: Nay, donuts.
Homer: Woohoo! *starts eating donuts*
Carl: Homer, don’t let them buy you off so easily. We should not forget about the whippings. Right, Lenny?
Lenny: *eating donuts* Whippings? What whippings?
Homer: Yeah, I don’t remember anything before donuts. *eating more donuts*
Carl: *sigh* I need to find new friends.
