Fore!: Act 2 prize 5

There’s a post up on the other prizes from this Act so now it’s time I cast my eye over the final prize, Golfing Homer skin.

This has also been called Golfer Homer, even the pic EA sent had that, but the game seems to call it Golfing Homer – don’t ask !!

Marge: Did you find them?
Homer: No, but I did find my old golf outfit!
Golfing Homer: Look at my hat!
Marge: Golfers wear the most ridiculous things!
Golfing Homer: And my clubs! *takes a practice swing* Look at me Marge, I’m a hoity-toity goofball golfer! D’oh-duh-d’oh-duh-d’oh!

Marge: Not in the house! And we don’t use pistols to solve our problems, especially after I just swept and mopped!
The Rich Texan: Ahh, beggin’ yer pardon, ma’am.
The Rich Texan: All right, then. We’ll do it a different way. Putters at dawn, on the mowed pasture. You’ll play this longhorn in a round of honor, or it’s back to the side arms!
Golfing Homer: Again…I don’t know these words you’re saying.

Putters at Dawn, part 2:

The Rich Texan: So, you actually showed? I had a bet with that Smithers feller whether you would.
Golfing Homer: I’m not sure how to feel.
The Rich Texan: Feel good! By showin’ your mug, you just won me a Lone Star steak!
Golfing Homer: Does this mean we’re not dueling for honor anymore?
The Rich Texan: Of course we are, hombre. Now you get on that tee and play like your life depends on it, because it just might!

Martin: Oh, yes. The duffer wearing the authentic golfing tartan of St. Andrews!
Nelson: Now it’s your turn. *punches Martin* Shut up, nerd!
Nelson: Hey, old dingus! Why are you playing mini golf dressed like an idiot?
Golfing Homer: I’m being a better golfer than you, that’s why.
Nelson: That’s it. I’m going putt-putt on your head!
