There seems to be another premium character, with no way to purchase him when I go to purchase him, it bring up the menu, but he’s not available on anything

Hi, there is a major glitch regarding the J Edgar Hoover bundle, I tried 7 times to purchase this without success, only to find my donuts (140) were deducted each time, so I have lost 980 donuts and have still not received the bundle
EA are aware and looking into a fix for this, but as you had a try or 6 read here …

I’m sorry you lost all those donuts…that’s not right! 😔
That being said, I can understand maybe trying a second time when it didn’t work the first time, but seven times?!? Why did you think the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, or seventh time would suddenly be the charm? If I had a guess, I’d guess that, if you’re lucky and get a good EA support person with some power, they may reimburse you for one or two of those attempts, but I’m skeptical they’ll reimburse you for all of them.
While the whole situation admittedly sucks and EA definitely needs to fix this problem, hopefully there was at least a little lesson learned for you in this experience about not throwing good donuts after bad?
