Back after the Calendar with a look at the Premium offering.
Odd one. I play two towns on the same android tablet, using the same “engine”.One town no problem. Other town when I try to capture chameleons, screen goes to top left corner of the ocean and I have to search manually. Any suggestions?
There seems to be something really weird going on at the mo.
Seen lower level players being forced to build in the mountains, and of course you can’t place buildings there, and others where some stuff has moved to the mountains and other items vanished entirely.
I have no clue why, but what I would suggest if it’s very recent you noticed it ask EA Help for “A Rollback” to when everything worked.
If it’s been a while DON’T – you’ll get the game taken back to how it was at some past date and everything you earned / bought / won since will be gone and need re-doing.
If it was OK yesterday but not today and it goes back to Tuesday that’s no great loss in the grand scheme of things, but if it goes back a week or three … yikes !!
Open your Store and over the top right is a Help button that’ll start the process of reporting it complete with your game’s unique identifier, and it’s best done during US business hours.
Waiting on news / advice for the messed up buildings issue, but that’ll be next week at the earliest.
