It looks like there’s no week off any more and events roll from one to the next, but that’s only this and the one just gone to be fair so who knows …

How to view Recent Apps
How to Close them
When you go to the Friends Towns bit it saves your game, go and close it from Recent Apps then head to your Homescreen and restart it from the app icon and that should fix it.

This last update messed up my Springfield. I have a lot of buildings that are now invisible and are placed in the mountain range on the first plot next to the sea. I can’t move them to any other place. Does anyone else have this problem?

And then there were times it was so silent between events, we wondered whether the app was about to die…. so glad we were so wrong.
And also, the pace has been drastically reduced so events are easier to browse through. Happy player
I wonder if they’re replacing the week of by simply extending the preceding event by a week.
