Christmas/Winter 2015 Prize Guide: Act 3, Prize 3 Wall E. Weasel’s

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Christmas is over but there’s still snow on the ground in Springfield!  The festivities may have ended but there’s still more fun to be had…as Maggie and friends arrive in Springfield!

This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story.  To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act.  Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event.  For the Third Act you’re tasked with collecting Pacifiers (ico_xmas2015_soother_lg) to unlock each prize!

The third Act 3 prize awarded at 17,800 ico_xmas2015_soother_lg is Wall E. Weasel’s…because every town needs a Weasel.

So let’s take a closer look at this third prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…

Once you’ve collected 17,800 ico_xmas2015_soother_lg  you’ll automatically be awarded Wall E’s and you’ll see this message popup:

And you’ll have the option to place itr in your Springfield Immediately or Store it in your inventory for later.  Remember, if you store it you’ll have to go into your inventory to retrieve it

Once in your Springfield a questline will start up from Bart, well really just 1 Here’s a look at the dialogue, in case you missed it…

Bart: Man, I’m bored.  No reflection on you, Milhouse.
Milhouse: How ’bout we have some fun shaving our locker combinations into our hair.
Bart: I’d say keep thinking but I really want you to stop thinking,
Milhouse: Oo!  I read in the newspaper that a Wall E. Weasel’s is opening up in Springfield.  We could go there!?
Bart: Wait…stop…hold on…what 10 year-old kid reads a newspaper?!

After that tasks will open up for both Milhouse and Bart for 1hr at Wall E. Weasel’s:

Bart Play Larry the Looter- 1hr, Earns $70, 17xp
Milhouse Watch Bart Play Larry the Looter- 1hr, Earns $70, 17xp

And that’s really it to this 3rd prize….nope nothing to earn you more ico_xmas2015_soother_lg.  Here are some quick facts about Wall E’s:

Size: 4×8
Build Time: 4hrs
Conform-O-Meter Impact:
Vanity +50
Earns: $150, 13xp/8hrs
What Does it Do?:  A building, so it earns income.  And also there’s a 1hr task there for both Bart and Milhouse.

What’s Next?

  1. is there a link to the robot thing. I sent homer to crustyland to get the last piece (the feather duster) and when i came back to springfield nothing else was said.

  2. When I saw the the Christmas scene when the game is loading. I was sure we would get Apu’s kids. We were able to earn or buy everything else in the picture.

  3. Hi, I was wondering if you guys have a link to the Event calendar? I have 20,400 pacifiers, and 6 days left on the clock. I will need 1000+ pacifiers a day to complete Act3. (I have been playing from the start, did not buy the Slide Factory). Anyone else in this pickle?

  4. Add me: squeekz911

  5. I JUST got it, hope there’s still enough time to get all the prizes! I don’t like that I can only gain pacifiers by tapping bears, no character missions or bonusses…

Oh and the find maggy didnt work for me, I found her just in time, but couldn’t properly “tap” her before the timer ran out. Should I contact EA or just accept my loss?

  6. It’s really cute, but I wish more kids could go there and for longer. I thought it was going to feel more like a game there, like the scratcher or the balloon popper or the moon bounce. I store a lot of stuff after events are over, but this one will stay in my Springfield. 🙂

  7. I’m a bit over 1000 away from getting Wall E Weasel’s – I was on track but then went away to a place with limited to no phone reception for a week so here’s hoping I can still get Gerald in time! Still haven’t finished the quest to get the Maggie minigame either 🙁

  8. Great event. Although it really seems like two events combined into one. Don’t see the Christmas connection. Still 100000000x better than the awful Halloween.

    • There is no christmas connection. It’s the winter event, and this act is clearly about the new year.

    • That’s because there is none…this event is labeled as a “Winter Event,” not a “Christmas Event.” 🙂

    • I agree. Its ACT 3 of the Christmas Event. Not a separate event unto itself. There should have been connection. Since it is Act3, it is CLEARLY still a part of the Christmas Event.

      • But it was never labeled as a *Christmas* event; it was labeled as a *Winter* event. Go look on the prize screen…it specifically says, “Winter 2015 Prizes,” not “Christmas 2015 Prizes.”

        • Yes, thank you. Most people don’t seem to have noticed this.
The third act of the Winter event, starting on January second and being all about babies, is celebrating the New Year.
For those who still insist that there just HAS be some connection to the previous holiday, here you go: “May joy come to you, and to you your wassail, too, and God bless you and send you a Happy New Year, and God send you a Happy New Year.”

  9. Once Bart and Milhouse have done their tasks at Wall E. Weasels, do they ever continue to use it again in the future? I like the animation on the top of the building

  10. Got it a couple days ago. It’s a neat looking building but not sure where it’ll end up in my Springfield. Should have Baby Gerald by tomorrow. A couple rounds of bonuts will finish the event off nicely. One of the better events, in my opinion, but this final act has been a bit slow. Always ready for what’s next. 😀

  11. Yes I have the weasels. The building has a nice animationwhen in use . Only 4000 more pacifiers to go until I unlock Gerald.

  12. I have it, and it’s a fine addition. I’m only 2K away from Baby Gerald, which I really want.

  13. 4kidsandacatdog

Happy that it goes on the boardwalk!

  14. Placed it between the moon bounce and noiseland arcade near mini-golf so all the kids stuff is together …

(Wall-e-weasel on the roof waves his arm and the lights on his plate flash/change when Bart & Milhouse are inside doing their task)

    🐻 🎈 🙂

  15. I absolutely love this building. I just hope we’ll get a new addition to the Mascots category (with jobs, of course!) soon!

  16. Very Happy finally getting this in the game. But only problem is when I hear “Wall E” (I think of a Disney robot instead), and when I hear “Weasels” I think about Nelson’s original bully buddies (two boys that looked almost identical).

    Still happy though 🙂

  17. I mentioned this is in the weekly thread, but I was really hoping that the sound when you click on it would be the “You’re the birthday, you’re the birthday, you’re the birthday boy or girl” from Radio Bart. That is such a great sound clip.

  18. So annoyed. Found Maggie then it would let me tap her. So itapped the arrow and didn’t . Read it and cancelled looked for her aaaaaarrrrhhh

    • Tap near the base of the building she’s on. I’ve done that all 3 times ive played, it’s registered with no problems and awarded me my first batch of donuts this morning. Good luck!

  19. Can’t check this for myself now because both Bart and Milhouse are busy, but are you saying that they have a *permanent* 1-hour task here now? (I probably won’t use it very often, since I have premium 1-hour tasks for both of them, but it’s nice to know…)

  20. Got it 🙂 just working on Gerald now!

  21. WooHoo! I got Wall E Weasels yesterday. Moving along in the quest line. Just passed the part where they showed the cartoon of Maggie at daycare. Can’t wait to get to the end so I can play Maggie’s mini game. Love the event and that Maggie is playable, Thanks to the addict team for all you do to help guide us through the TSTO universe.

  22. I am sooo close to unlocking Wall E. Weasel’s I can taste it! Only 4 hours to go and NO!…I will not spend 2 donuts to speed things up 😀 Hoping the wait is worth it! If people feel like adding me up on the game, please do 😀

  23. I’ve had it for a while. Glad that Bart and Milhouse’s jobs there are permanent. We need that to occur with all of our cool new buildings.

  24. Miles from wall e s, never going to get gerald. Impossible to get anywhere near enough currency.

    • This is actually one of the first events/acts where anyone at any level should be able to get enough event currency. Basically the only thing you need to do is check in every 4 hours and tap the bears. No matter what level you’re at everyone has the same amount of bears spawning. Just make sure you clear them every 4 hours.

  25. I’m glad we got Maggie, but otherwise I’ve been unimpressed with Act 3. I guess it’s just the lack of crafting after acts 1 and 2, but it just seems like a bit of a let down. Any event that still allows time to earn the railroad donuts and make significant improvements to SH doesn’t have enough going on IMO.

    • It’s funny, but I look at it the complete other way round…I like when they give us a little breather between whirlwinds. I think the game might seem more like work than fun if it was as demanding as it is during an event, all the time. I also like to have a little time to more properly place items I’d collected during the event and other types of designing.

  26. Thought it was weird that there was only 1 stage of tasks for the building…I thought there were usually more.

  27. Just a few thousand away from Gerald.

  28. David Blane – “twaaaa…”

  29. Hopefully they will add more tasks for other children there instead of just Bart and Milhouse.
