Addicts Bracket Challenge: Best Season of The Simpsons, Week 1

It was six years ago, just after the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs bracket was complete that I thought it might be cool to do a The Simpsons Tapped Out bracket. Here we are six years later, and it’s time for our seventh TSTO Addicts Bracket Battle!

How much longer EA can keep Tapped Out going is up for debate. It is equally debatable how long The Simpsons will keep going. But what isn’t debatable is that there have been A LOT of incredible seasons of The Simpsons. 32 in fact. But which of the 32 seasons has truly been the best? With that in mind, we present to you TSTO Addicts’ The Best Season of The Simpsons Bracket Battle.

We created a Bracket of all 32 awesome seasons of our favourite family.

All 32 seasons of The Simpsons will battle each other in five rounds of head-to-head matchups, that we hope produces the most debate in the comments below. Every Friday over summer, we’ll post that week’s matchups and your votes will determine which season advances to the next round, until we’ve crowned “The Best Season of The Simpsons” on Friday September 3rd.

Quickly, some general housekeeping rules and guidelines:
– Weekly matchups will be posted on Friday and voting will remain open for over 6 days until noon EDT the following Thursday.
– The schedule of matchups is as follows:
o Friday July 2nd – Week 1 of Round 1 matchups
o Friday July 9th – Week 2 of Round 1 matchups
o Friday July 16th – Week 3 of Round 1 matchups
o Friday July 23rd – Week 4 of Round 1 matchups
o Friday July 30th – Week 1 of Round 2 matchups
o Friday August 6th – Week 2 of Round 2 matchups
o Friday August 13th – The Quarterfinal matchups
o Friday August 20th – The Final Four Semifinals matchups
o Friday August 27th – The Championship Finals matchup
o Friday September 3rd – The winner is unveiled

Here’s the Bracket unveiled (click on image to view enlarged version):

Along with the Bracket Battle, we are running a Pick’em Contest. Hope you entered.

Now without further ado, our first set of head-to-head matchups:

  1. I voted for season 2, 16, 17, 31.

  2. Hey Safi thank you for the 2021 Bracket Battle Royale 👍🏻
So many good Episodes, you have to narrow down which Season had the most, or maybe a Season just had that favourite Episode! 🤔

For those using a mobile device and are having a problem reading the small print? just use two fingers ✌🏻 to adjust the screen so that you can read the print up close! (I’m using Android with Chrome Browser!)

All Tappers please have a safe 4th of July weekend 🇺🇸 (we’re at Knott’s Berry Farm 🍇!) 😀

  3. Couldn’t really read the tale of the tape for season 2 (see image), but, fortunately, I was familiar enough with that season not to need it! 🙂
