Hi all, can I ask this? If I’ve already maximise my land (I have the golden goose) will it make a difference now? More like did EA release more land for us to grab or they basically just re-release the golden goose for folks that have not max-grab it?

Anyone on iOS having issues with the K9 Cop Dog and Snorky? I have zero tasks show up for Snorkey and only one 2h task for the K9 Cop Dog. Wondering if this is just my version or ….?

D Vader, Thanks for asking this question; I have the same weirdness going on. Initially it just seemed to be K9 Cop Dog, so I stored it. Then the same thing happened with Snorky. So far it doesn’t seem to interfere with game play or the overall display of characters with completed tasks (box in upper left corner of screen.)

Crazymom732, today I had to enter my email at the sign-in screen and have EA send me a code. After that, I had a bad connection error, but 2nd time was the charm.
Haven’t been able to login in for over a month because of no code being sent to my email. Been playing for over 6 years and this might be the end of my town sadly.

I also had problems just after the update, tried ea on twitter but they were useless then last night I used the chat on ea help and was sorted within 15 minutes. Had to give a new email address
Kind of indifferent about this one… Flaming Homer is a classic, but the prizes here are all just generic-looking buildings and *another* fountain as the ultimate prize after we just finished an event with a fountain as the final prize…

I won’t disagree about the generic looking Buildings (they all practically look the same in the Animated Series, it’s their titles – and if you pan in closely what’s on the front of the Building) but at least they light up and they are at a size that allows me to create a new area without having to panic over lack of Land available (because after 9 1/2 years I really could use the Land Expansion!) 😂
If you have the Duff Gardens Topiaries, the Duff Beer Fountain goes swell with ’em! 🍻
Both New Characters are great (fun Questlines), one is voiced (their Visual Character Tasks are nice). But the best part of all? It’s a Mini Event (you should be done in days, then have plenty of days to recover vs getting bored because it’s it’s a Multi-Act Event that lasts too long!) 😀👍🏻

The dog, K-9 (Police Dog) , can be used as one of the cops in the Part 2.
Not sure when or how King Snorky will fit in, though.
You are correct about the K-9 (Police Dog)
I haven’t found anything for Snorky the Dolphin King to do
I just know that both of these are NPCs, but if EA is eventually turning them into a full-blown Characters with Character Tasks? This wouldn’t be the first time (the Abominable Snowman started out as an NPC before it became a full-blown Character with Tasks).
King Snorky and K9 Officer have tasks in this event. King Snorky has tasks in Robin Hood Homer’s questline and K9 Officer has a task in part 2 of the main questline since they are classed as a cop. I’m not sure if EA are planning on making them characters with tasks or changing them back into NPCs after the event.
Looks like Snorky has a character picture now, but K9 does not, his image just glitches. Could be that they are about to be upgraded.

Yep! I sure hope any Tapper that does not have this Building immediately spends the sprinkles to buy it (whether the sprinkles are 🍩’s or real 💵!) 😀

If by crazy you mean
_EA is finally asking you to use a Verification Code instead of a Password to sign in to your Origin Account (what lets you Login to the Game App)
_you get the spinning 🍩 of doom (stuck on Load Screen)
_you get the Bart Simpson Screen of Death (Network isn’t connecting)
None are that crazy, all of them have a solution (which can drive a Tapper crazy if it doesn’t work).
