It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons or current Tapped Out event) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

Simpsons is off for the summer. Did you catch the last episode 18 season finale reminder? What did you think of the season finale? Did you ever have a pet organ? Also, as mentioned 24 weeks ago, season 35 is finally under way in the UK. Did you catch the start of season 35 if you live in the UK?
The next Act of the current major event, The Summer of our Discontent, just got underway this morning. Did you catch Graham’s rundown? How are you progressing so far in the mini event?

I’m passing on this. The sculptures are so UGLY and I have no land left anyway. I’ll miss out on donuts, but at least my town looks pretty and won’t get cluttered up with those hideous things.

No. No characters voiced by the late great Canadian Phil Hartman have been introduced into the game, nor appeared in the TV show, since his tragic murder.
The miner house to generate more land in the Springfield heights seems to be taking a very long time with one character – isn’t there a way to do multiple characters at once?
If you mean the house past the bridge, you can send multiple characters at once to make land deeds, but the only other building that makes the maps used to create land deeds is Jackpot Realty.
Just got 30k for no reason.
Don’t know why, but I’ve gotten 120k cash for no reason by going to the friends screen and back after building KEMs. Why? No idea.

Let’s start another TSTO is going to end thread. I remember donut farming was going to kill it. Now with the Planet Art (2.5% bonus for a 4 hour task), now you can get all the cash and donuts you will ever need. No need to do the Rocket ship (about 1 every week to month). Do you need Yahweh (7 tasks). Even the Donut Mech (every 24 hours) will seem limited.

What do you mean by “going to end”
Every so often there is feeling that this is the last hurrah before they stop supporting the game (expect a year to actually shut down). Kind of like the last burst of fireworks before the show end. It would allow players to get everything / do tasks before ending the game for good.
And if you have the donuts, just tapping Rush can get you like an extra 100% every 20 minutes or so. Crazy. And I thought the burning bush thing a few years back was good.
The burning bush was better in the sense that you needed less area for the bonus percentage. These planets sculptures, great that I went up 375+ percentage. But it took up a lot of land to plop down those 150 planet sculptures.
