Springfield Showoff: Level 52 and Pride Month

As we sit here frakkin files, pulling pics, and typing a million words a minute to get our readers the latest updates and information…we find ourselves sometimes forgetting to stop and enjoy our own games. More so our neighboreenos. So we try to make it a point to hop in n out of the towns now and then to see what cool things YOU are up to. So we have decided we want to continue to focus more attention (as if we don’t already 😛 ) on YOU…our readers.

Time to time we will be peaking into your towns, checking our Flickr, and also the posts in the comments below to see what cool ideas and designs YOU have come up with to make your towns unique and…well…YOU. So here is YOUR chance to show off all your hard work, time, donuts & in game cash spent. Send us your work, no matter how big or small. Brag about it to the world. We want you to. (That and Bunny loves to see other designs and get inspiration from it.) Then keep your eyes posted to Addicts to see if YOU end up on our “SPRINGFIELD SHOWOFF”.

Showoff Reminder: Level 52 and Pride Event

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

This weekend we’ll be doing another edition of Springfield Showoff! Where we want to see what you’ve done with your Springfield!

This week we want to see your favorite designs from one of the more recent levels to hit our games, level 52 AND your designs from the Pride Event. Where have you placed your Slaughter House? Did you purchase the YMCA or Vesuvius Pizza? Where’s the Steel Mill in your Springfield? Show us just what you’ve done in your Springfield!

We’ll be putting up the Showoff post, featuring your designs, on Saturday (6/13). So show us what you’ve done with the Level 52 and Pride Stuff!

So grab some screenshots of your town, or finish up those designs…just make sure it is there by about 8pm EDT Friday (6/12). Can’t wait to see what YOU have come up with.

Note: PLEASE try to limit your submissions to only 1-2 of your favorite screenshots. We like to try and let everyone showoff their town but it becomes difficult when some of you are sending in 7-10 images. Pick your favorite areas and send them in (or if you stitch photos together, that works too). We’ll try our best to get EVERYONE in, but please understand that sometimes we miss a photo or two. If we miss you one week, we’ll try really hard to make sure we get you in the next week. You’re always welcome to showoff your town, at any time, on our Flickr page. We know a lot of you have awesome towns that you want to show off, but please try to stick with this week’s theme. Remember, this isn’t a contest. There’s nothing to win. It’s just a fun way to showoff your town and get some design inspiration from your fellow Addicts. 🙂

Showoff Delayed

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Just popping in with a quick “house keeping” note. A couple of family things came up this weekend, so we’re going to delay the Level 52 Showoff until next weekend. So you’ve got a whole extra week to submit those designs if you haven’t already!

Since we’re postponing it until next weekend, we’ll also show off your Pride Stuff next week as well!

So submit your Level 52 designs and/or your Pride designs by Friday of next week (6/12). And we’ll show them off next Saturday on our Springfield Showoff Post!

We look forward to showing off your designs next weekend!
