It starts off with some fun dialoge between Krusty and Sideshow Mel. Then you’ll be prompted to complete a 12 hr task for Krusty to search for a tuxedo online….and if you have Mel in your game he’ll have a 12hr task to help Krusty Order Online.
Once you complete the tasks you’ll be awarded Tuxedo Krusty for free! He’ll be found in your inventory….
We’ve got his full set of tasks listed below…
You can also purchase Krusty’s mansion for 115 donuts. This will be available right away…
Here is the catch though…the Mansion is available ONLY until Sunday. (Typical with tie ins.) So make sure if you want it, you get it before Sunday.
Krusty’s Mansion, $200 &22XP every 8hrs, 6sec Build
There is a quick task with Tuxedo Krusty once it is built. Relax Like a One Percenter. 6hrs.
If you have only Krusty, you will only get his tasks. If you have Sideshow Mel too, you will see Mel added to a few tasks and also a short sidequest.

Sideshow Mel: You must be thrilled. It’s a huge honor.
Krusty: No, a huge honor was the fat judge I saw after my DUI. Is that a joke? I don’t know anymore unless the audience “LAUGH” sign lights up. I gotta rent a tux. my old one ripped when I wore it for that “black tie kwon do” skit. It was funny until it got racist.
Make Krusty Rent a Tux Online- 12hrs, Earns $420, 100xp
Make Sideshow Mel Help Krusty Order Online- 12hrs, Earns $600, 150xp…only pops up if you have Sideshow Mel.
After you’ve completed these tasks you’ll unlock Tuxedo Krusty..you can find him in your inventory…

Krusty: This tux ain’t bad. I haven’t worn one since my 4th wedding.
Mel: I remember. Wonderful girl.
Krusty: If it was a wonderful girl, it wasn’t my 4th wife. She tazed me on the honeymoon.
Mel: I remember that too. You ended up in a Caribbean hospital.
Krusty: Which is where I met my 5th and 6th wives. That was a crazy week.

Krusty starts
Krusty: I’m really turning heads in this tux. Now I see why Mr. Peanut dress the way he does.
Mel: It does suit you. Going for the “gentleman’s girdle” was clearly the right decision.
Krusty: Yeah, except now my junk is stuffed tighter than a Tokyo subway car. It’s time for me to cash in on looking half-decent….just like all my ex-wives did by marrying and divorcing me.

Apu: The Kwik-E-Mart corporation offers nothing for free. Even the employee bathroom is a pay toilet.

Mel: Krusty, just because you’re wearing a tuxedo doesn’t give you a free pass to act like this.
Krusty: Great, another free thing I don’t get.

At this point the following questline will trigger…if you have Sideshow Mel. If you don’t have Sideshow Mel this is where your Episode tie-in questline will end.

Mel: With Krusty’s constant pea-cocking, there’s no room for advancement for all us other performers! I’m tired of being a “Z list” celebrity. I yearn for a vowel-list and it needn’t be an “A”. How hard can it be? All Krusty does is tell jokes then play laughter pre-recorded by prisoners. I know! I’ll write jokes of my own. They’ll be urbane and wry- that’s what people look for in their comedy!

Mel starts
Mel: Krusty’s tux-fueled hubris is sure to lead to his downfall. So tonight, I’ll rise from Krusty’s failure like a Phoenix. The bird, not the city….definitely not the city. I can’t seem to find my invitation. I swear I’d lose my bone if it wasn’t expensively glued to my scalp.
Make Sideshow Mel Search for his Invitation- 12hrs, Earns $600, 150xp
Mel: The invitation never arrived. You call one network executive an idiot, and they take away your sitcom and blackball you for life. I’ll show them. They may be able to keep me from taking the podium, but they can’t keep me out of the building. By the time anyone realizes I’ve signed on as Krusty’s “plus one”, it will be too late!

When is Halloween going to start? I despised the Clash update. In fact, even took a time out. But love the Halloween and Christmas.
Hopefully shortly after CoC ends…and that ends on the 7th of October
Something isn’t quite right here… Krusty all dressed up, his mansion only available until Sunday… lots of “grudge bearing” lower class celebrities lining up to roast him… I think the real spoiler here is that during the Season Premiere, our beloved Krusty will DIE.
Here’s a neat glitch. I don’t know that this is the place to post about it, but I don’t know where else I would do that. If you take Rod and put him on the monkey bars, and put them right behind a building it looks like he sitting kind of on the building! if you do it just right it’ll look really neat and he’ll sit on the building and wave his hands in the air. Very fun glitch!
Loved the 24 hour task, funny as hell.
I only wish mr teeny had tasks too so the both could do something at the same time. a 12 hr and a 24 hr task like the elephant
I agree. It would be great if their solo tasks were outside as well.
Stampy could have one to attack trees and Mr. Teeny could have something really simple like take a smoke break.
Yay! I love Tuxedo Krusty! I’m even considering buying the mansion, but it’s a lot of donuts on a building only for me… I’m so nervous about the premier as well. I don’t want anyone to go 🙁 expensive mansions, major show changes, it’s all too much to take at once 😉

Yes!!! I downloaded this game after the season was over, so I’ve never participated in a episode tie in. Hope I get Krusty’s Tuxedo! 🙂

You see Runic, when Sunday’s back is turned, Monday comes in like a zambie ninja and sucker punches Sunday with brass knuckles. Apparently this sneak attack always occurs at midnight. Scores of people feel the after effects when their alarms blare that morning. I myself am not a big fan of Mr. Monday.

Sky are currently showing ‘new’ episodes from S24 so I guess it will be a while before this ep is shown here but it doesn’t stop me enjoying the tie-in. I really like the look of the new skin for Krusty and I’m very tempted by his mansion – it has that ooh! factor. I just have to consider where I’ll put it, Fat Tony’s may get bumped out of mansion row…
Will Mel’s parts kick in at a later date if you get him later?

if you put krusty on a task….you can break him out by storing krusty burger in your inventory for 1 second…that will free him up…good luck

Hey i have a quick question for the season première, ik not from the usa so it’ll air latter in my country but is there someone who knows a website where they put on the new simpsons episodes?
They shut them all down the minute they pop up. You can look, but we CAN’T/WON’T post illegal sites here. My suggestion is go legit. FOX has a site that may post it sooner for you, if you can access it outside the U.S.

The only legit website I know of is hulu. Episodes are loaded the next day. Less than 10 buck US a month.

I purchased Krusty’s mansion and it’s pretty cool. I used the Easter fences with it because it has those round statues in front that look like eggs. However I do wish they would create new fences with new decorations!
Krusty mansion now that is worth redesigning a town for…….just 2doughnuts short:-D

Season premier tie-in?
Yup. New episode, new season this sunday for Simpsons
Never mind – Krusty was still on another task. He was done, but it didn’t take me to him or anything. As soon as I released him, the task could start fine.
Sideshow Mel needs to be free too if you have him.
Anyone else who can’t start the task? First part is to make Krusty rent a tux online, but as soon as I click “Do It”, nothing happens.
Try to restart your device and see if that clears it up. If not, just go straight to Krusty and trigger it from him.
Hello fellow tapper. I downloaded the game update but I don’t have the Krusty new building in my store to buy. Please help me. Is anyone else having this problem.
Did you start the new dialog for Krusty yet? You need to go through the first of it to trigger the mansion. It also may be easier to track down in the Premium area.
My timing sucks. I just sent Krusty and the rest of the Stonecutters to a “Secret Meeting”. I’ll be back in 7hrs.

Just put the connected buildings in your inventory. Either the ones which unlocked the character or the buildings they are performing the tasks. 😉
Store either Krusty or the building he is in into your inventory. Then place it again. You should get him back.
