It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

Question about dropping bandits in friends’ towns… I thought they reset after 4 or so hours if untapped, no? I have gone overnight and when logged on, got a message that a certain number of friends have “helped me”… But then maybe 10 min later while I’m visiting friends again and dropping new bandits, I’ll come back to my town and it’ll say “sorry, no friends have helped you” with a small number of pick axes (maybe 32 or less) as if the ones I just dropped were suddenly out of time or something. The timing on it all just seems odd to me. Is this a glitch or something I’m not understanding.
Those notifications can be seriously delayed…it could be talking about an earlier drop you made. I stopped worrying about that notification several events ago. I just look at it and say, “cool!” or “too bad” and move on.
It’s too bad it’s so unreliable…would be a helpful source of info if it weren’t.
