Reminder Spring Cleaning Wave 2 Ends Soon

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Just a quick reminder that Spring Cleaning Wave 2 of Gil’s Rebate Donut Deal ends at 0800 GMT on 4/17. So if there’s anything you’re thinking about purchasing from Wave 2 make sure you do so before the offers are over.

Note: Street Cleaner and the Nature Bundle DO NOT end on 4/17. You have a few more days to decide on those.

Here’s a reminder of what’s leaving tomorrow morning…

Wave 2…Available until April 17th 0800 GMT..

Flower Planter- 10 Donuts, with a 3 donut rebate. So a net cost of 7 donuts. Offers a .25% bonus on all cash and XP.

Nightmare Pile- 100 Donuts, with a 35 Donut debate. So a net cost of 65 Donuts. Character tasks associated with this, questline as well. Offers a 3% bonus on all cash and XP Should I Buy (Personal note, I have this for sentimental reasons. I honestly NEVER use it. )

Museum of Swordfish- 70 Donuts, with a 25 donut rebate. So a net cost of 45 Donuts. Earns $350, 35xp/16hrs. Should I Buy; WDTCF (Personal note, I will be buying this one this time around)

Also…Moe’s House Leaves tomorrow morning…

Moe’s House- 110 Donuts, with a 40 Donut Rebate. So a net cost of 70 Donuts. Earns $135, 15xp/4hrs. Should I Buy; WDTCF

So make those decisions quick…before they’re gone from our stores!

As we sit here frakkin files, pulling pics, and typing a million words a minute to get our readers the latest updates and information…we find ourselves sometimes forgetting to stop and enjoy our own games. More so our neighboreenos. So we try to make it a point to hop in n out of the towns now and then to see what cool things YOU are up to. So we have decided we want to continue to focus more attention (as if we don’t already 😛 ) on YOU…our readers. Time to time we will be peaking into your towns, checking our Flickr, and also the posts in the comments below to see what cool ideas and designs YOU have come up with to make your towns unique and…well…YOU. So here is YOUR chance to show off all your hard work, time, donuts & in game cash spent. Send us your work, no matter how big or small. Brag about it to the world. We want you to. Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Welcome to another edition of From the Mouths of Addicts, where YOU get to sound off on anything and everything in the world of Tapped Out! This week’s post comes to us from one of our community folks, 02sb13.

02sb13 asked if he could write a post for us, so I said sure..come up with your own idea, give us your opinions on and and we’ll see what happens! Well he came up with a fun post all about Barney to celebrate his upcoming Birthday (April 20th)!

On the 20^th of April it is officially Barney Gumble’s birthday. I don’t know about you but I was really excited to find this out. Considering that recently Barney and the Bowlarama recently won the best premium character/building combo I thought I would remind you of the fun character and his role in tapped out!
