It’s Halloween in our pocket-size Springfields! Yes that magical time of the year when our towns turn dark, our water becomes mucky, there are monsters everywhere to battle and (as with all events) there are LOADS of items to spend those sprinkles on!
Of course with that limited-time label it can be tempting to buy everything that looks as awesome as this because it’ll be gone soon. But don’t sweat it! That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.
Wondering if you should add the Zombie Sandwich to your Springfield? Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this Zombie inducing dumpster to your Springfield…

Oh my gosh I love this! You can send multiple characters at once…and the animation is just awesome! Perfect if you want to have a zombie apocalypse in Springfield!

Honestly, this (in my opinion) is the BEST premium item of the entire event so far. While 100 donuts is a bit steep in price…seriously, it’s awesome. And unless you have a zombie phobia, you’ll regret it if you don’t grab this. The sheer fact it can send 34 characters AT ONCE on a 1hr premium task is awesome….
Freemium players, get this. BUT I will advise you to wait until Act 3 hits if you’re low on donuts…just in case one of the other new premium items to be released catches your eye. Fortunately it’ll hang around until the event is over, so you have some time to make sure you’ll have enough donuts to support the purchase…
Of course in the end it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do. And I can tell you as a premium player, I own it. I love it. But whatever you decide just remember this will be leaving our games soon, so make your final decision before it leaves our games on November 15th…

It’s cool to turn your entire town into the walking dead, but 100 donuts is a very steep price to pay. With Black Friday coming up I’ll save my donuts for that extra deal or two. I hope to collect every non-event premium character in the game.
This is amazing, I just jump in and buy it, this just ruined my donuts plans but is totally worth it, the only bad thing is that there is no zombie sound, I would love to hear something like with the bats and also when you touch the zombiefy characters, I hope that they come with an update in the future
One note about the dumpster. Might just be my device/Bluestacks, but after the task is done, all skins once again, go back to the default, so if you have them in say, Stonecutter outfit before the task, you will have to set it back again.

I got this before I saw this post hoping it paid off in event clapboards but no its cash I dont really care about the zombies I hoped it help with the event I wasted 100 donuts
I think there’s another good character-decoration bundle deal coming up at the beginning of act 3 so I’m saving my sprinkled flour-rings for that. Too bad u didn’t like the zombie sandwich cuz i thought it was cool but i just didn’t feel like splurging 100 donuts for it. Lol
What the? — I think this is stupid, quite honestly. I don’t even like zombies. 100 donuts and you don’t even get bonus % or income from it, plus there are way better things to buy for the event. THOH Flashback #3, Burns’ Coffin, and House on a Scary Bump are all way cooler than this trash (literally trash as it’s a dumpster).
I agree, 100 donuts for a dumpster/rubbish bin… no thank you 😛 I know some tappers like it, but for me it’s a pass. I’m waiting to see if more new nice items become available in act 3, which I’m quite sure they will. (I don’t like zombies or ghosts or monsters either) 😕. 🐱🌸🌟
How any MAG points to complete Level 19?
Currently, Level 19 yields 350 Clap Boards – it might be advantageous to wait until Act 3 arrives?
The moment I saw this hit the stores I thought nothing of it, then I saw this post and see what it actually does…I bought it immediately! Worth every gram of sugar on every donut spent.

Awesome! I just wish the Clown-thingie would work like this, so I could send all the kids trick-or-treating at the same time as well.

One thing I just noticed that’s kind of a bummer is that when the task is over, it switches everyone back to their standard skin, instead of the skin they had before they were zombified. I wish they would go back to the skin they had before, especially the freemium characters with premium skins (of which there are quite a few).
At the end of the day, when I want to send everyone on 8 hour tasks before going to bed, I’m going to have to switch everyone back to premium skins.
As a premium player, I’m worried about either getting this, or the many things that’ll be available next Act. I looked at a spoiler site a while back, and I wasn’t planning on getting this. But you’ve peaked my interest. I’ll see if I have any donuts near the end of the event to see if I can get it. I really want it!

Just search up wikisimpsons simpsons tapped out, you’ll find it. It has stuff from all the events, and about a day after the event starts, most of what’s coming out is already on the site. It helped me compile a little list of what I want and when it’ll come out. It also has a little calendar, but I find it much less advanced and regulated than the one on here. But that’s just my opinion. 🙂
If you place your dumpster next to the alley (from Super Heroes 2) the zombies walk across it & down the lane to the back. Soooo cooool. I just love it. All 34 will be zombies as soon as the event is over……💜X

So much for the Bad Dream House–I’ll be getting zombies instead! Thank you so much for this post and the great video. I, for one, don’t mind the one hour task. I hate it when I send the major characters on long tasks and then an event or something pops up, and they are not available. It’s also easy enough to reset them if you want.
I am glad it’s a 1hr task, i mostly do those as its a faster way to get $ . This is awesome i keep wondering what was up with a 100 donut dumpster lol. Will definitely make my Halloween area even more awesome!
I looked on a spoiler site and saw zombie sandwich releasing today and instantly dismissed it thinking it would be a zombie npc bundle deal so glad I was wrong and got this straight away after seeing in a neighbours town.
Love the zombie sandwich, I hope EA comes out with something that does the same thing for the year everyone turned into ghosts and the year everyone had aliens attached to their heads, that would be cool!

Just the fact that you can send more than one person is amazing. I liked Bart’s clown bed but it only let’s me trick or treat one person at a time. I wonder if after the event is over the haunted house will still let us send everyone out to trick or treat
For my money, probably the best premium item of the year.
Not to be negative, but, while the skins look way cool, Im disappointed that they don’t have any zombie animations. They don’t walk with their arms outstretched or have any dripping blood or broken limps….they don’t even scuttle about any differently. It look like it’s just that: new skins.
For the price, I was hoping for something more than just new skins. Still, a cool concept and glad to see they are thinking out of the box over there.

I really want to buy this but am I going to get bored on the zombies after halloween ends. Will I still be making them zombies during the summer? As cool as this is I feel like it I’ll be over this once the event is over……than again the animation is really cool looking.

LOVE IT!!!!! One of the best items so far. Easy to get your characters activated and the animation is totally worth it. Best thing since the “eat fugu” quest from Happy Sumo.
