Time to flash those jazz hands, as things get jazzy in TSTO! The All This Jazz mini-event has arrived in Springfield, and it has Lisa swooning.
Remember, this event is designed to follow a series of tasks via the questline to unlock prizes. For each of the parts of the Song and Dance questline, you’ll have to earn 
via various character tasks in order to unlock the prize for that part.

Homer: Oh, do I have to do everything?! Book the studio, Homer. Don’t forget the turtlenecks, Homer. Show up to work so the town doesn’t lose power, Homer. I’ve done enough. Let’s get lunch. Kirk, head to the power plant and fix the problem.
Kirk: Okay, but I don’t know what to do or where to go or—
Homer: It’s easy! Here, take this keycard. Just go into my office in Sector 7-G and push the red button. NOT the red button that makes the reactor melt down, the other red button.
Marbles Le Marquez: *groans* I’ll help him.

Marbles Le Marquez is a great character prize and in my opinion is one of the best characters to be released this year. He’s a voiced character and is also one of the 7 characters released this year to be voiced. It was also great to unlock Marbles Le Marquez early in the event instead of at the end. He has some decent outdoor tasks since Marbles playing the bass and trying to sell Homer’s album are both funny visual tasks. Marble’s indoor tasks are pretty great too since he can use 2 buildings from the event (Groovetone Records and KJAZZ) and some random locations that relate to horses or reindeers. The dialogue and questline for Marbles Le Marquez was pretty amusing too. A joint visual task with Skinny Palmer and Tic Tock Simpson playing the bass, trumpet and drums on a stage would make them all even better characters and costume from the event. 🎸📀🎤
Hi Krregt, thanks for the advice. Yeah, I got loads of donuts then stored away all the KRUSTY Burgers and it stopped. Funny thing all the characters were all in one place and not moving for awhile. Looked odd having so many characters overlapping. Thanks for the advice. In future I’ll know what to do!!

Hey, this was fun for me! 😉
Help! After the update, the game signed me out and when I logged back in, it default to a previous level. I deleted and reinstalled the app, sat through all the updates, logged in, but it still took me back to level 330 (I was at level 380+). Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas to fix this?

At least two to three years ago there was a “rollback glitch” that many of us assumed was taken care of by EA ….. but now it sounds like you have the same problem, so the sooner you visit the two following links? the better (as in EA will try to help you!)

The first website you will fill in the details, the second is Twitter (send EA a tweet describing your problem). Both will get Customer Support to assist you during business hours (9 to 5 Eastern Time), just prepared to give them all the information they ask for.

Hi, how’s everyone? HELP!! I’m stuck in a Daily Challenge loop!! After completing “Check the daily promotion ( at KRUSTY Burger ) the challenge is done but all the characters are still there, I’ve 200+ chargers there still appearing with the thumbs up and waiting for me to collect. Even after they’re “cleared” I still don’t see them. When I vision someone else and come back – they’re all there again for the collection. How do I get out of this loop? Thanks.
Either store the Krusty Burger or another building associated with any one of the characters on task there and you then should be able to clear it. Alternatively, turn on your collider, collect, go to the visit friends screen, return, collect and repeat to earn lots of exp quickly if you need donuts.
Would have been nice to have him play outside the spotted cat with Bart on drums and the trumpet guy. EA really miss these tasks/great visuals
I think IF enough Tappers put in a request at the TSTO Facebook Page, maybe EA will do this (I do appreciate this Mini Event, but the little things that “should have” – like you described, make this a Grade B Grade A).
Great suggestion for where a Character could have an Animated Task (always looks cool when you can get more than one Character in front of a Building or Decor). 😀👍🏻
They had nothing to do with The Spotted Cat in the show considering it is a location in New Orleans and the Simpsons visit it and see Bleeding Gums Murphy’s Nephew play there. I do agree with the Skinny Palmer Trio (Tic Tock Simpson, Marbles Le Marquez and Skinny Palmer) having visual tasks together instead of just individually.
I think EA could’ve released a Jazz Stage (the jazz stage in the Jazzy Goodtime’s would be a great item) and allow characters such as Bart (and Tic Tock Simpson), BGM, Database, Marbles Le Marquez, Martin, Ralph, Skinny Palmer and Uter to perform on it. It could also be programmed the same way as the Hip-Hop, Pop and Rock Stages were in which you can send up to 4 characters to perform at the Jazz Stage by tapping the stage and selecting the characters that can perform there.
Haven’t been able to log in since yesterday (CET). Just fyi in case others are also experiencing this
Alissa Patric Safi have always kept us up-to-date on the TSTO Game App (each would encourage you to first try rebooting your device. If that doesn’t work, then uninstall and reinstall the Game App).
TSTO is one of those Game Apps that requires a significant amount of ROM freed up on your device, as well as a significant amount of RAM, too (the more, the better).
As I have published before, EA is getting rid of Origin Account on their PC and Console Games and replacing it with what is called EA Play and EA Play Pro (but, EA will announce if changes will be made signing into a Mobile Game App).
I do not see any Network outage reports on @EAHelp (Twitter), so please try the steps above and hopefully you can login to TSTO).
