It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

Asking about my recycling center, how do I empty/ refresh my glass and plastic depos? Everytime I turn in my blueprints in the task menu it only frees up the metal building and the dump.

Hi Michael, I reached this awhile ago and here is what I do. 1. No more character jobs except events or daily tasks, 2. Keep farming donuts to spend money and collect donuts. Always collect 3 donuts to spend money. 3. Collect tax dollars to keep money just below cap. Finally, 4. Use the Ancient Ruins to collect lots of XP and little money. This gets me an extra 6 donuts a day. The bottom line is that, now, collecting donuts is the priority over money.
“Ancient ruins”?
Do you mean the decoration with Cthulhu sitting on a pedestal, surrounded but 4 broken pillars?
How do you collect XP from it? I didn’t think it even had a periodical payout.
The Ancient Ruins are from an previous event a few years ago. It looks like a field where you tap on several boxes to get money and a ton of XP.

It was just an average episode for me. Nothing really stood out. Some reasonably funny bits. Terrence would make a good addition to the Oldies group of tsto 🙂
I’ll take a Terrence the retired British spy for MI5, his Daughter Hazel, the Head of MI5, MI5 Building (it’s all perfect Mini Event Content!) ….. This Episode started strong, but the last 1/3 got dull.

Good morning 🌞 y’all. Happy that we are done with the update. Looking forward to what comes next. I bought myself a Simpsons puzzle 🧩 last week. It is not easy I barely have the edges completed. I have been playing my Nintendo switch game finding joy it has also put less pressure on tsto game. And like Alisa said hoping that by October there is a new format change. 🤞

Good luck with the jigsaw I had that same puzzle myself year’s ago and gave up on it.
I’m not a good designer, but I’m not a plopper either. But I did make it a goal to connect all of my Monorails. I also used my Christmas monorail to circle my holiday area.
Every once in a while I think of starting all over again, but, I would probably make it worse.
Speaking of our Springfield design, a large part of mine is the monorail and the stations. It would be nice to see another station added. It was a challenge to include them all in my design, but well worth it. I can ride all around my town, and see some things that could use a change.
