Right then, time for the first part of the prizes posts.
I’m doing it as 2 posts for 2 reasons, there’s a lot to cover about Xylem and the Pod Patch / token and then there’s 7 items for the Alien Flora Bundle that’ll take some covering.
To save your scrolling fingers I’ll get to that bundle and the last prize tomorrow.

Prize 1:
What you get is either:
If you’re lucky ● Xylem and Pod Patch Bundle (Character and Decoration)
If you’re unlucky ● A Mystery Box Token
Because the Pod Patch was free at first and back not long ago it’s likely players have that but don’t have Xylem and sadly you can only get this bundle if you have neither of them.
These were first released as an Episode Tie-in during the 2018 THOH event and were only in-game for a few days ( Oct. 17th to 24th ).

S.I.B. for Xylem
Back then the Pod Patch was free as part of the questline but it was also back only a few months ago in the For All Rich Mankind event, where it cost 20 Donuts.
Xylem originally cost 90 Donuts and has never been back in the game until now.
These have always been two separate individual items, so despite them being offered as a bundle now owning one does not guarantee that you would get the other.
The Devs have been made aware, but even if they do decide to do something about it it is anyone’s guess as to what and when.
Factor in that they’re probably busy trying to figure this iOS not loading issue it surely won’t bee a quick fix. Sorry ’bout that.
For all those disappointed players, including my B town, or the lucky ones who had both, what you get instead is a Mystery Box token.
There’s the next mix-up to cover, they used the wrong image !!
It shows you a Shattered Token, but that’s not what you get.
What you do get is a regular event Mystery Box token.
If you don’t use it you can trade it for 12 Donuts.

Right then, that’s probably caused more confusion than it solved but I tried !! Back with the post on that other bundle and the fifth prize tomorrow if I’m not too hung-over – it’s almost 1 am here and I need a drink or three after writing this !!

Hi there I am slightly confused I didn’t get the tree guy I got a token gotb23 donuts. So I m not gonna get that guy then I have been playing this game I think from day one I have almost every character but a few I missed back in the day. Also it said this in the dialogue box
Complete all four acts and the outro to receive a special reward from Kang and Kodos!
What does this mean and will I not be able to do this now that I don’t have the tree character? Please help. Thank you so much.
That Kang + Kodos thing won’t happen for a while yet – still researching that.
I need to go check some stuff on other sites, but there’s changes in the air I think.

Xylem is integral to the storyline, and the 5-week event is only giving 1 new character as it is..
Can’t be a hard fix. Anyone past Act 1 Prize 1 who doesn’t have both Xylem and the pod patch should get them.
Surely the devs could write this code in an afternoon..
Is this the reason I only have 7 playable characters instead of the usual 8? Or is it just more difficult because it’s the biggest event of the year?

If you’ve seen my posts on game-loading troubles I reckon they’re more concerned with fixing that than doing anything about Xylem, at least for now.
Be nice if they did offer Him, even if it’s as a Store Item to go buy.
