It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons or current Tapped Out event) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

Simpsons is off tonight. Did you catch the last episode 15? What did you think of the last episode? Also, as mentioned 14 weeks ago, season 35 is finally under way in the UK. Did you catch the start of season 35 if you live in the UK?
The new act of the major event Simpsanos started earlier today. Did you catch Graham’s Rundown? How are you progressing so far?
Did you submit your photos to Alissa for the last event’s Showoff?

Hi Sandra…believe it or not..I’m feeling for you right now. I hope you’re not close to one of these universities encouraging and participating in what is going on. Where is our great leaders to denounce this hate. Does anyone think the KKK would be allowed to take over campuses like this and set up encampments like this. Even MSNBC has started denouncing this trash. Dear leader….say something..or at least have someone write something down for you to read. The Palestinian flag is flying over Harvard…this is a disgrace. Hopefully this ends soon..and all these spoiled entitled kids can go back to their McMansions and their privileged lives and serious students can get on with their lives.
It’s disgusting. Expel….arrest….prosecute…imprison
So, I just need to rant about losing all of my saved data for Simson’s Tapped Out. Someone hacked my EA account over the weekend and attached an email that I did not create and therefore cannot access. I reached out to EA to try to recover/regain access, but the information now associated with my account does not match exactly with what I was able to provide so they couldn’t help me to recover my data. (I don’t know if something was changed once they gained access, or if I’ve just forgotten one critical piece of information from an account that I created years ago.) I have been playing this game for more years than I care to recall and now it’s all gone. I’m so sad!
Act 3 Gameplay so far:
Part 1 – Collect 105 Badges; Fat Tony, Cropfather, Marge & Kent Brockman – 4 hr tasks
Part 2 – Collect 85 Badges; Fat Tony, Cropfather, Lenora Carter, & Wiggum – 4 hr tasks
Part 3 – Collect 115 Badges; Fat Tony, Cropfather, Lenora Carter, & Wiggum – 4 hr tasks

I thought I didn’t had jackpot realty. I didn’t even know how the building looked. To my surprised I discovered it when the dialogue popped up. I could have had more open land if I had known. For a long time I wished I had cheddar barrel farm. I didn’t know it was called that way until I placed it in my Springfield. All I remember was wanting a building that produced grass and wheat fields. I found it when I took it out of storage to decorate with and design with the items we have been receiving from this event. On a non related Tsto news, I have made my very own coloring book. It is called Blooming Florals Coloring Book it is now available on Amazon.
Am I the only one upset that I no longer have the ability to tap once and hit A large area? Not to mention that I was already maxed at Friends points and now seem to be starting over but never getting ahead and working towards prizes I already have? I’m so confused then they have “allowed” me to have access to tasks that I didn’t care about and took away things I have already earned. Please help if you have any insight.
That sounds like you have the Roll Back Glitch, I thought they fixed that. If so I would contact EA by phone and see if you can roll back your game back to a time before this happened. Though you will lose any characters or prizes you got since then.
For those who were Neigbours with user KarenKurylo on Tapped Out, I need to share with you all that Karen passed away on April 17.
She will be missed by me her husband of 39 years and friend of 42 and her family and friends in real life and online,
She loved playing tapped out since the day it was put online. I will miss her playing daily with me.
My deepest condolences Michael. Loss is never welcomed or convenient. The time of grief is lonesome, stressful and awkward. As much as we would like to avoid loss and the unpleasantness in our lives, sometimes it is inescapable.
I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love.
Karen will be missed. And I hope you continue to tap and share in our community and find some peace in playing this game that you both loved playing together.
