It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons or current Tapped Out event) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

Simpsons is back tonight. Did you catch the latest episode 16 reminder? What did you think of the last episode? Also, as mentioned 15 weeks ago, season 35 is finally under way in the UK. Did you catch the start of season 35 if you live in the UK?
The new act of the major event Simpsanos started last Sunday. Did you catch Graham’s Rundown? How are you progressing so far? Ready for Act 4 to start this week?

Is it just me? Since yesterday I cannot login to the game. When it starts and I click on homer to choose which game.to login to it crashes. A message pops up to same the game has a bug and to wait for an update!
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my Samsung phone and when I hit “Login” it still just crashes. Any suggestions? Not sure where you log bugs with EA but will try find it. Any tips welcome.

It suddenly came back last night! All a bit weird!
I need a bit of help with my monorail. I’ve been playing for years and did the monorail event when it first came to town, but I’ve only got one tunnel through the mountains. Does anyone know how to get a second one? With only one, I can’t loop my monorail to go all around the town; it has to bottleneck at the tunnel.
Having a banner Sunday. After mentioning to my husband I needed to save for a new Samsung tablet because after years of truly dedicated service it was maxxed out on memory, shutting itself off mid YouTube videos, announcing its retirement as my constant companion. Last night my husband surprised me with new Samsung A9+ tablet. The screen is much larger allowing me to see details in our pocket size towns I never saw before. The load time shrunk dramatically, I’m probably going to start visiting friends again, go figure! I’m also guessing I get red screened less, things I attributed to problems with EA were actually just my old, overloaded tablet. I’m over the moon to take advantage of my larger screen to see all the [shop window] details I could never see before, the nuances in how characters move etc. I see in more detail how much incredible work has gone into this free mobile game, and it blows me away it’s still here after all these years, how attached I am to our great mods of this website, my long time neighboreenos I’ve met here and our silly pocket size games. TY Addicts and TY EA for all the hours of entertainment and companionship through the years. I value you all.
Happy Sunday everyone. I have been designing my town. Bringing out old items I have in storage. Here are a few pictures of my town also some flowers, my dog and my coloring book I just made. I started playing tapped out back in 2016. I have been playing on and off. The character I want for my town is Paul Bunyan. It is Homer Simpson in a red shirt he is supposed to be a giant. On a non simpsons update, Some of the coloring sheets for the coloring book I made were inspired by my mom’s garden of flowers.
