Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
It’s that time of the week again, time for the Addicts Weekly Open Thread! So, let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!
Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons or current Tapped Out event) but for the most part, you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.
So, here is your Open Thread…..
Lots of things you may have missed this week around the Addicts Site:
The newest mini-event, The Mayflower Maple Bowl, ends this week. Did you catch Graham’s rundown? How are you progressing so far in the mini event?
Did you submit your photos to Alissa for the last event’s Showoff?
How’s your Springfield design coming? What are you doing with your town? Share some photos in the comments below! (If you need a refresher on how to add photos to the comments check out this post)
Any weekend excitement going on in your neck of the woods? Enjoying the Summer Olympics in Paris? What event are you most enjoying so far? What event are you most looking forward to?
So chat about the Simpsons, TSTO, Update fun, or anything else you can think of! (Just no politics, it never ends well) Can’t wait to chat with you all, you know we love hearing from you!
Have Fun! And happy Sunday!
New Land, acres of new land. 😍
Looks like we can nearly double the size of our main Springfield.
I wonder if number of item capacity has been increased.
It has. Please see Graham’s post “Thank you” from yesterday. Increased by 2,000.
I think it’s time Jessica lovejoy got her 6 hour go to school task, because it’s annoying she doesn’t while all the other kids I have do.
Are we expecting a new update on Wednesday? Got my donuts all saved up. Can’t wait!!
Well, we have an NDA, so can’t say anything officially, yet.
But I will point out that my “Shattered Dreams” mystery box ends in just about 2.5 days. Interesting!
Safi..We have become dismayed when we became aware of an obvious error in your grammar. “An NDA?” “An Non Disclosure Agreement”? You are a pilot of the crafts, and your training has made this clear! We can not express the importance of absolute perfection in grammatical and communication skills. Please adjust accordingly! We have started to use multiple crafts at familiar locations. We also believe verbal communication is now insignificant. AI Entity will need to be deployed… latest com states “oh500hrsEst”
If Safi had written out NDA instead of the usual initials it would be a non-disclosure agreement but try saying it out loud and you stop and start again so it’d be A. NDA. Say An NDA out loud and it sounds right because it is right.
An Non Disclosure Agreement? Of course not! But A NDA sounds weird. English can be a very strange language sometimes!
The choice to use a or an is decided by the first sound of the next word or initial to make it easier to say
In me defence, I did all my schooling in French. 😜
I must have had an update to the game virtually every day this week. Is something exciting coming?
No, you got an Apple device.
Apple keep deleting your game files – isn’t that nice of them ??
Good news, you can tell ’em to stop – see …
