Complete Episode Re-Caps of the latest episodes of The Simpsons!

Episode Recap: “There Will Be Buds” (S28:E6)

Wookiee taking a break from schoolwork again to keep up with episode recaps. I know I haven’t been around a ton but at a minimum, my goal is to keep these current. I don’t know how but I’m still up to date which may be some sort of new record. One of the features we like to have on this site is recaps of new Simpsons episodes for all our friends who can’t watch them immediately or like our silly reviews of them. I love when there are new episodes of the Best. Show. Ever. on TV and it’s my privilege to not only watch new episodes, which I would do with or without this awesome site, but then break them down for all of you. It’s also nice to have a break from research papers and historiography essays plus all the reading and brain-sucking tedium.  I stuck to the stream of consciousness format for this. Basically I watch the episode once for my enjoyment and then a couple more times slowly to catch as much as I can while jotting down notes. Without further ado… here’s my thoughts on Season 28, Episode 6 “There Will Be Buds.”

Episode Recap: “Trust But Clarify” (S28:E5)

Wookiee taking a break from schoolwork again to keep up with episode recaps. I know I haven’t been around a ton but at a minimum, my goal is to keep these current. Thankfully the Best. Show. Ever. took a week off so I could not only delay the Halloween episode for the appropriate weekend but could catch up this one before the next new one. One of the features we like to have on this site is recaps of new Simpsons episodes for all our friends who can’t watch them immediately or like our silly reviews of them. I love when there are new episodes of the Best. Show. Ever. on TV and it’s my privilege to not only watch new episodes, which I would do with or without this awesome site, but then break them down for all of you. It’s also nice to have a break from research papers and historiography essays plus all the reading and brain-sucking tedium.  I stuck to the stream of consciousness format for this. Episode Recap: “Treehouse of Horror XXVII” (S28:E4)

Wookiee taking a break from schoolwork again to keep up with episode recaps. I know I haven’t been around a ton but at a minimum, my goal is to keep these current. One of the features we like to have on this site is recaps of new Simpsons episodes for all our friends who can’t watch them immediately or like our silly reviews of them. In order to give yiu something Halloweeny this weekend (haha, I said weeny), I decided to delay this recap by a week. Mideterms might have also had something to do with it lol.  I stuck to the stream of consciousness format for this. Basically I watch the episode once for my enjoyment and then a couple more times slowly to catch as much as I can while jotting down notes. Well, hello hello friends… How ya bean dune peanuts?

Wookiee taking a break from schoolwork for a moment to pop in with another episode recap for y’all. I know I haven’t been around a ton but life is pretty crazy this month. Ad a lot of you know, one of the features we like to have on this site is recaps of new Simpsons episodes for all our friends who can’t watch them immediately or like our silly reviews of them. Season Recap: The Fuzzy Guide to Season 27

Hey hey friends!

So, courtesy of one heck of a cold (by the time you read this I’m hoping it’ll be gone so no need for chicken soup or well wishes my friends), I found myself with some extra time to write and said to myself, “Self… what do you want to write?” If you read the Season 26 recap, you know I decided I had to write that one first which led to this one. I blame the perfectionist in me, my lady laughed when I told her that. So now that all the recaps for Season 27 are done, I decided to go back and revisit the season, mainly just rereading a bunch of words written on this site and re-watching a few of my favorites, in an effort to have one big recap. Here are my thoughts on the the 27th season of the Best. Show. Ever. It’s amazing that this animated sitcom has ran for 596 episodes over 27 Seasons. Haters can say what they want but that’s some serious longevity. The following are just some thoughts I had about each episode. The long episode recaps are linked in each title if you’re interested. In order to avoid any discontent I’ll throw out a SPOILER ALERT for anyone who hasn’t seen the episodes as I may discuss plot points. Season Recap: The Fuzzy Guide to Season 26

Hey hey friends!

So, courtesy of one heck of a cold (by the time you read this it’ll probably be gone so no need for chicken soup or well wishes my friends), I found myself with some extra time to write and said to myself, “Self… what do you want to write?” I’d finished the last episode recap for Season 27 and thought about doing one big recap for the season. Heck, I’d done that with Season 25 and 26. But wait, there’s a reason there’s no link on the second set of numbers. This walking carpet never did a season recap for 26. With extra time, cold meds on board, and a box of tissues, I decided to go back and revisit the season, mainly just rereading a bunch of words written on this site and re-watching a few of my favorites, in an effort to have one big recap. Here are some thoughts on the the 26th season of the Best. Show. Ever. It’s amazing that as of the end of Season 26, this animated sitcom had ran for 574 episodes over 26 Seasons. Haters can say what they want but that’s some serious longevity. I’m well aware of the “classic” period of the show but can’t agree that it’s just kept going like a juggernaut without some good stuff along the way. All season, we recaped each episode for you. The following are just some thoughts I had about each episode. The long episode recaps are linked in each title if you’re interested. Episode Recap: Orange is the New Yellow

Hey hey friends! Wookiee here and up to my usual antics with another episode recap for my favorite Addicts. This episode recap will cover Season 27, Episode 22: “Orange is the New Yellow”. One of the features we like to have on this site is recaps of new Simpsons episodes for all our friends who can’t watch them immediately or like our silly reviews of them. I love when there are new episodes of the Best. Show. Ever. on TV. It’s my privilege to not only watch new episodes, which I would do with or without this awesome site, but then break them down for all of you. I apologize for the delay with this last one but things got a little hectic with the last event and life. Since this is the last episode of the latest new ones, I figured it would be okay to delay it a little. In my defense, it sat in drafts for a while too while we posted about more current stuff. Good news though… Season 28 starts in less than two months and I plan on doing a complete recap for the whole season. Without further ado… here’s my thoughts.
