Tapped Out Premium Walkthroughs: Don Vittorio

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Way back in January (do you remember those cold days? do you want to?) the Godfather arrived in Springfield!  Level 49 brought Don Vittorio and Rancho Relaxo back to Springfield.

While we’ve had the Turbo Tappin’ walkthrough up since Level 49 hit, we thought now would be a fun time to take a look back at all of the fun dialogue you might have missed while tappin’…or just to relive all the fun again!

As we mentioned in the Level 49 rundown post Don Vittorio and Rancho Relaxo will cost you 135 donuts.  Once purchased and placed in your Springfield his questline will start right up!

So now….let’s get this walkthrough going, shall we?!

The Family Business Pt. 1
Don Vittorio starts

Don: Fat Tony, today is an auspicious day.  I will walk amongst the people and share the good fortune of my house.
Fat Tony: You mean in the way stereotypical Italian mafia bestow favors on the day of their daughter’s wedding?
Don: Yes.  But nothing big. The girl in question is actually my niece.  And she’s just getting her braces off.
Make Don Vittorio Talk with his Hands- 12hrs, Earns $600, 150xp

The Family Business Pt. 2
Moe starts

Moe: Hey, Don Vittorio, are you really handing out favors? Like, off the books?
Don: It is a tradition in my family every time someone gets their braces off. What can I do for you, bartender Moe?
Moe: See, I got this side business… involving animals.  It’s like a pet store, except the pets are from outside the country and you pick ’em from the endangered species list.
Don: I see. And the police, they don’t like this side business?
Moe: You got it, Don. I knew you’d understand.
Don: The police are supposed to protect the rights of the people… except when I pay them not to.
Make Don Vittorio Straighten Out Wiggum- 12hrs, Earns $1,020, 250xp
Make Moe Smuggle Endangered Species- 8hrs, Earns $275, 70xp

The Family Business Pt. 3
Don starts

Apu: Mister Vittorio, I’m told you can solve problems?
Don: This is true, my foreign friend. Tell me what the family can do for you on this day.
Apu: My brother, Sanjay, has been making trouble at the store.  It’s like he’s never worked a 24-hour shift or taken a non-lethal bullet before.
Don: I am familiar with the complications of family business. I’ll take care of this.  I just have to call my horse head guys.
Make Don Vittorio Straighten Out Sanjay- 8hrs, Earns $695, 175…requires Sanjay if you have him.

The Family Business Pt. 4
Homer starts

Homer: Hey, Godfather guy, here’s my problem.  I need Flanders whacked.
Don: For what reason?
Homer: No big reason, just a bunch of little ones.
Don: You make me sick! Ned Flanders is a saint!  Get out of my office, you monster.  Next!
Make Springfielders Go to the Don for Help- x10.  Send 10 Springfielders to the Don, 4hrs.  Earns $175, 45xp Freemium and $260, 70xp Premium

The Family Business Pt. 5
Quimby starts

Quimby: What a great, ah, day for a few rounds of golf. I’ll just cancel all my afternoon meetings.
Miss. Springfield: You don’t have any meetings today, sweetie. Even your secretary has gone home.
Quimby: What? People are usually beating down my door, expecting me to solve their problems for them.
Miss. Springfield: Looks like a lot of people have been going to see that nice Don Vittorio instead.
Quimby: This is a, ah, disaster! If they don’t need me, I’ll lose their, uh, votes.  If I don’t prove I can be a, ah, good mayor, I’ll lose my position and all the perks that come with abusing that position!
Make Quimby Try to Create Good Policy- 24hrs, Earns $600, 150xp

The Family Business Pt. 6
Quimby starts

Quimby: Don Vittorio, I need your help.  I know I was the guy who pushed for organized crime to take care of my problems, but you’re taking away my votes.  And with votes comes perks. And Daddy needs his perks.
Don:  It is fortunate that you came to me when you did.  I’ve had my fill of public service. The politician’s world is ruthless and corrupt.  I’m much better suited to the world of organized family business.
Make Don Vittorio Go Back to Business as Usual- 12hrs, Earns $600, 150xp

And that completes Don’s questline!

Running from start to finish, with out using donuts, it will take you approx 3 days to complete.

What do you think of Don?  Thoughts on his questline?  Have you purchased the Don? Where have you placed Rancho Relaxo in your town? Any thoughts on the dialogue?   Sound off in the comments below, you know we LOVE hearing from you!

  1. Did Alissa stay up till 2 in the morning to watch that 7 hour, 19 inning Yankees game the other night? Lol. What do you think about A-Roids 1st base skills? 😛

    • OMG – I wrote this on the wrong thread somehow lol. Supposed to be on the weekly open thread of course.

    • lol I did not make all 19 innings. I fell asleep about the 11th, woke up about the 15th and fell back asleep the 16th…

I was at the game yesterday…1st base skills..ugh. Still don’t understand why tex wasn’t in yesterday. Or Jones at first. Made no sense to me to have Arod at first and Beltran DH.

  2. Any chance or getting any more land? I have been a premium player for over one year and have lots of Springfield money, but I buy those donuts every month. I need land. I thought of just blowing up my game and starting over, but I’m chicken, this is the first game I’ve spent real money on! I need land, I’m so crunched up! I LOVE THIS GAME!

  3. Why can’t we win donuts with some of our jobs instead of money…..for players that don’t have money to spend on them maybe you can win them through jobs…thanks

    • You know these guys aren’t EA right? Just a few friendly individuals who are as addicted as the rest of us and work their butts off to keep this site updated and complete…(for which we are forever grateful btw!)
You could post your suggestion on EA’s forum or just hope they read it here, there have been rumors that EA reads this site too!

      • Hmm if this does occur, the game will cease to exist as profits will go down. It will no longer viable to EA business to keep the game running.
