The Terwilliger Event is upon us and in this First Act Sideshow Bob’s brother, Cecil, has made his return to Springfield!  Act One is filled with GMO vegetables, lots of fertilizer, mutant vegetables wandering around Springfield & Mutant Seedlings to torture your neighbors with….

So now that we’ve got ourselves a new event going on, you know what that means right?  Time for another Turbo Tappin’!  Here’s your guide for who to keep free, and for how long, as the game guides you through what to do during Act One of the Terwilliger Event!

Terwilliger Update Has Arrived! (Updated and Complete)

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well Homer’s 2014 New Year’s Resolutions to EA continue to come true!  Who remembers back on New Year’s Day 2014 when Homer said this…

“But there better be some awesome stuff planned for 2014.  Like the Monorail, and the Stonecutters, and a proper version of Sideshow Bob……and those are just a few of the great ideas I found on the internet!”

Well…we’ve had Stonecutters and now here’s Sideshow Bob!  (does this mean the Monorail is around the corner!?)

Anywho…remember this is an app store update so you’ll have to check out your app stores for the download.  This will not automatically update in your game…you must have the app store download first.

Currently it’s only live on iOS.  Android and kindle sit tight, should be up soon.

Updated is live on all platforms. 

As always we’ll be back with more info as soon as we go through it all….

Cecil will be awarded to you for free when the update starts.  He’ll have a short task and then you’ll need Lisa free for the next part.  After that you’ll need Homer.  So try your best to keep Lisa & Homer free…. Continue reading →

Something’s “Evil” Lurking….

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

So…I was in the process of writing up the Level 51 Conform-O-Meter post and I decided to pull the files once again, just be ensure nothing changed from last week…and what do I see?!  An event…sitting there, lurking in the files.

Version 4.14 is sitting there just waiting to hit our games.  This means…an app store update!  Look for it to hit our app stores (hopefully) later this afternoon…if not tomorrow.

While our policy is no spoilers…I can tell you EA’s sticking with the theme of older characters coming back (no not Herb, not yet anyway) and something “evil” is about to happen.  Any guesses on just what/who it might be?

Here’s a little hint…

Again…this is currently not live in our games just yet.  This is what we’re seeing in the game files.  So hopefully it’ll hit (and soon)…
