Addicts Weekly Open Thread

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Due to POPULAR request….we’ve moving up our open thread time so that our friends outside of the US can participate too! Let’s get the conversation going! Oh and remember…just because this is posted here today doesn’t mean you can’t comment on it all week long. This open thread will still be open for comments long after today is over!

Now…enough rambling from me….it IS Sunday and you know what that means, right? Time for another Open Thread!

Here’s where you can talk about anything you want to talk about…TSTO Related, Simpson’s Related or ANYTHING. Just no Add me requests…those should go here. We’ll give you a few suggestions (like most Sunday’s you can talk about the current episode of the Simpsons) but for the most part you’re free to talk about ANYTHING your little Tapping Fingers desire…just keep it PG.

So…here is your Open Thread. Terwilligers ended this past week and Level 53 arrived soon after. What are your thoughts on the new content plus what did your event “haul” include? Do you think we’ll see something new this week? Sunday Night Baseball features the Tigers at the Angels tonight, will you be checking it out? NBA and NHL finals are set, who are you rooting for? Last day in May, are you ready for June? How was your weekend? Do anything fun? My sister had her 4th child yesterday a beautiful, healthy little girl…so we had a great weekend here!

So chat about the Simpsons, TSTO, Update fun, or anything else you can think of! Can’t wait to chat with you all, you know we love hearing from you!

As we sit here frakkin files, pulling pics, and typing a million words a minute to get our readers the latest updates and information…we find ourselves sometimes forgetting to stop and enjoy our own games. More so our neighboreenos. So we try to make it a point to hop in n out of the towns now and then to see what cool things YOU are up to. So we have decided we want to continue to focus more attention (as if we don’t already 😛 ) on YOU…our readers.

Time to time we will be peaking into your towns, checking our Flickr, and also the posts in the comments below to see what cool ideas and designs YOU have come up with to make your towns unique and…well…YOU. So here is YOUR chance to show off all your hard work, time, donuts & in game cash spent. Send us your work, no matter how big or small. Brag about it to the world. We want you to. Tapped Out Event Walkthroughs: Terwilliger Family

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Well the Terwilliger update has finally left our games…but it’s left the entire Terwilliger family in our towns! Everyone from Dr. Robert to little Gino has had the opportunity to join your Springfield throughout the event.

While we’ve had the questlines up for each character for a while now, we thought now would be a fun time to take a look back at all the dialogue and jokes of the character questlines that popped up during Terwilligers. Especially since many of you have been requesting this over the last few days! So if you missed any of the dialogue during the event, or you’re just curious what one of the characters had to say that you didn’t unlock…we’ve got it all here for you!

So let’s get started with the complete dialogue walkthroughs for the entire Terwilliger family (Dr. Robert, Dame Judith, Cecil, Sideshow Bob (Captain Bob too), Francesca and little Gino!). The Terwilliger Event has ended in Springfield….but the premium buys still stick around! Are you missing tapping those Bob Clones we’ve all been chasing for the last month? Well with the event removal update, EA has added 3 new Bob Clone purchases to our stores. So now you can own your very own Bob Clone! Now I know you may be trying to decide if this is worth YOUR donuts, but don’t sweat it! We’re here to tell you what’s worth the donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Well the Terwilligers Event has finally left all of our towns (I believe many of you got the force update yesterday…) but there were a couple of members of the Terwilliger family that decided they still wanted their event linger a bit. So, the event ended and Springfield has returned to “normal”, and we’ve been treated to two new questlines from the Terwilliger brothers, Sideshow Bob and Cecil.

So you know what that means right? Time for another Turbo Tappin’! Here’s your guide for who to keep free, and for how long, as the game takes you through the two amusing questlines for Cecil and Sideshow Bob!

Level 53 rolled in a ton of Malibu Stacy products….from the Headquarters to her dream house Stacy Lovell arrives with it all!

So now that there’s a new premium character in our tapping devices, you know what that means right? Time for another Turbo Tappin! So with that let’s jump right in and Turbo Tap the Premium Questlines of Level 53!

As we mentioned in the Level 53 rundown post Stacy Lovell and the Malibu Stacy Headquarters could be yours for the premium price of 165 Donuts. Once purchased and placed in your Springfield the questline will start up!

Turbo Tappin’ Level 53: The Return of Martha Quimby

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

Level 53 hit our tappin’ devices earlier today and with it arrives Martha Quimby! I guess Mayor Quimby’s days of running around with Miss. Springfield are numbered….

So now that there’s a new Level in our tapping devices, you know what that means right? Time for another Turbo Tappin! So with that let’s jump right in and Turbo Tap the Main Questline (Freemium) of Level 53!

As we mentioned in the Level 53 rundown post the main questline is started by Brockman, and the quest to build yet another jewelry store for Springfield..Spiffany’s…and wait 24hrs while it builds.

Remember…this is NOT timed. This is simply a Level update. You do not have to complete it right this very second. So take your time and have fun with it!
