It’s A Girl!

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

So I’m sure some of you have been wondering just where I’ve been…or just how long Bunny’s put me on on bed rest for.  Well..there’s been a good reason for my absence.  The Tiny Addict has arrived!

Riley Margaret arrived on Thursday November 12th at 6:02pm!  Weighing in at 8lbs 2oz and 20″ long.  She’s for sure a keeper and we’re over the moon excited about her!

My apologies for not telling you guys sooner, or not having Bunny or Wookiee tell y’all.  It’s been a whirlwind of a few days, including how she came into the world.  Riley’s currently in the NICU being treated for some breathing issues and a couple of other labor related complications.  The good news is she’s doing really, really well.  The bad news is she still can’t quite come home.  (hopefully this week)

So I’ll still be away for a few more days, while we spend the time visiting Riley at the hospital.  But remember…I’m always watching 😉

    Congrats, she is gorgeous. I am sure she will be discharged soon and you can finally go home to rest. It is an entirely different world once u have a child.

    I was thinking that since you were well past your due date with no difinitive news that you had your little darling and was taking some deserved time off to just enjoy being a mommy. Frowny face that it was because SHE is taking some time off to rest and heal and learn to be a daughter. Happy face that she will be coming home soon and everyone can just cuddle and coo in between tapping and blogging.
    Congratulations mom. Love as you know it will never be the same!
