Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
First I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone for the well wishes, positive thoughts and prayers for Miss. Riley. My husband and I have read each and every one of them, and are so grateful for you all! So from the bottom of our hearts…thank you! This truly is a wonderful community of Tappers and we love each and every one of you! 🙂
Second…Riley is finally home! We’ve finally “sprung” her from the NICU and she’s doing fantastic! We’re so thrilled to have her home where she belongs. And now the fun begins!
Now I know there are a bunch of you who will want to see more and more photos of Miss. Riley, but this is a blog about TSTO so I know there are a bunch of you who really just want us to talk about TSTO. So, while I can’t promise I won’t sneak in a picture of Miss. Riley every once in a while…this will be the last big post about this little one. However, if you’d still like to see photos etc I’ve setup an Instagram account where I’ll periodically (probably all the time) post photos of Riley. You can find it here: https://www.instagram.com/addictsalissa/ Hopefully that’s a fair compromise for everyone 🙂
Oh and a note about the baby poll…we’ll have the winner announced soon. I’ve got to go through all of the entries and tally up the points, so give me some time to get that all sorted. I promise we’ll have a winner announced just as soon as I can.
I’m going to slowly attempt to get back to “work” (work, work I won’t go back to until February), but bare with me as Riley comes first. So some posts might be up a little late and comments might be moderated a little slower, as we adjust to the new routine around here. But I know y’all completely understand and there’s a TON of people in the community willing to help other Tappers out. So if you’re comment doesn’t get answered by one of us (myself, Bunny or Wookiee), give it a little bit as usually there’s a member of the community that will step right in to help. (That’s what makes this place so great!)
Again thank you everyone for the stories, well wishes, positive thoughts and prayers, they really meant the world to my husband and I! Now onto the next update….
