Well for those of you who’ve been complaing TSTO is boring them…or it’s been awhile since the last Level update, you’ve got your wish! As Level 59 hit our tappin’ devices earlier today….
So now that there’s a new Level in our tapping devices, you know what that means right? Time for another Turbo Tappin! So with that let’s jump right in and Turbo Tap the Main Questline (Freemium) of Level 59!
As we mentioned in the Level 59 rundown post the main questline is started by Mayor Quimby and the political financial crisis…
Well…looks like EA doesn’t want me to have a relaxing day today after all. As I predicted last week…Level 59 has arrived!
Remember this is an in-game update, so there’s nothing to update/download from the app store. You should be able to just turn your game on and it’ll download. If you don’t see it, try the usual methods. (hard close/restart, restart your device)
I’ll be back with more in a bit but for now know that Quimby kicks things off with a 1hr task and you’ll be tasked with building the Prison Bus for $1,764,000. It’s a decoration, so it’s an instant build.
If you’re XP level shows Level 59 but you’re not seeing Quimby start things, make sure you’ve completed the character unlock/building for Level 58. Just because your XP Level says one level doesn’t mean your game play matches. Both have to be at Level 59 in order to see the new content. Continue reading →
Just a quick note to let you know several items have made their way back to our stores today….
We will not be doing new Should I Buy posts for these items, as we’ve covered just about all of them at one point or another on the site. So this post is your main spot to determine if these items are worth your donuts.
Well here we are, in most Tappers favorite time of the year in Springfield….Halloween! The leaves on the tress have changed colors, the water is murky and there’s a darkness that falls over our TSTO screens. All of these effects fit in perfectly with this year’s theme….Nightmares.
This Event is broken up into 3 Acts, with each Act containing part of the story. To help you move along with the event you’ll get several prizes per Act. Each prize will either be something fun for Springfield or something to help you move along in the event. For the Third, and final, Act you’re tasked with collecting Candy Apples () (yes I know they look like Caramel Apples, but the game is calling them Candy Apples) to unlock each prize!
The third Act 2 prize awarded at 2,160(or +1,620from unlocking Apu’s Jeep) is Holiday Homer, an all new costume for Homer!
So let’s take a closer look at this third prize and just what happens when you unlock it in your Springfield…
