Should I Spend Donuts on Snake Eating Rudolph?

Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!

There’s nothing quite as beautiful as Springfield in the snow, is there? Yes, there’s no denying that it’s officially Winter in our pocket-sized towns as the 2017 Holiday Event blew into our towns with a major cold front!  Of course, while the town is frosty cold the store is hot, hot, hot…and loaded with new premium items just tempting us to spend our sprinkles!

As we all know, that limited-time label can tempt us to grab everything in sight because it’ll be gone soon.  But don’t sweat it!  That’s where we come in to tell you what’s worth those donuts and what you might want to hold off on.

Wondering if you should add the Snake Eating Rudolph to your Springfield?  Well before you hit that confirm button let’s break down the pros and cons of adding this interesting duo to your town…

Full Disclosure:  You guys know how much I love this time of the year & this event is loaded with really good content, I do intend to purchase every single NEW premium item available.  So I’ll do my best to provide an impartial view…but odds are it’ll be a little biased because I think the content for this event is phenomenal.

Final Thought
Premium or Freemium:
This one doesn’t do much & unless you really love snakes you should pass.  Of course, I purchased it anyway…but I’m a sucker for Christmas stuff.  Even if it’s just a red Rudolph nose shining through a snake.

Of course, in the end, it’s your decision, we can only tell you what we would or wouldn’t do…and as I premium player, I already told you, I picked it up.   But whatever you decide, just make sure you make your final decision before it leaves our games for good (or for now).

Here’s a look at the dialogue it comes with…

Snakes on a Sleigh
Auto start

Santa: …Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen…All shackled up and ready to go.  We just need Rudolph.
Elf 1: Uh, Santa?  Remember how Bart Simpson asked for a python for Christmas?
Elf 2: And we said no, that’s too dangerous, but you said “Aw, let him have it, maybe we’ll get lucky and it’ll eat him.”
Elf 1: The snake got hungry early.

  1. 😈Couldn’t resist… just too wonderfully twisted to pass up😈

  2. I thought about the name far too literally for too long. Snake eating Rudolph? I looked at the picture and thought “no it’s a Rudolph eating snake.” Totally looked past it being descriptive 😂

    • Lol – another case in which hyphenation is the key! “Snake-eating Rudolph” would have meant a Rudolph that eats snakes. Without the hyphen (or if the hyphenated phrase had been “Rudolph-eating snake”), you get what we got.

  3. Not my cup of tea…have Lumpy, a couple snakes from whacking day, 2 lizards and a few dinosaurs roaming my town already. My reptile quota is filled😜🐍🦎🦖🤪.
