Some of you had mentioned you’d like a separate reminder post for when the next Act of events will start. So here’s that separate reminder post…
Act 2 of the Springfield Enlightened Event starts tomorrow, Friday, June 18th, at 11am ET!
Act 1 of the event won’t be going anywhere, so if you haven’t finished it you have plenty of time to do so. But Act 2 will be starting up with its own prize track, questline, and premium character (plus Gil will be making an appearance)!
Here’s who you’ll need free to start Act 2:
Siddmartha, Lisa, and Ned all have 4hr tasks to start Act 2.
You’ll also need the characters that earn event currency free. As a reminder, they are:
Bart
Lisa
Homer
Lenny
Carl
Apu
Quimby
Lovejoy
Frink
Advisor Frink (New Premium)
New Premium Character for Act 2 (New Premium)
And finally, 1 new premium combo will hit during Act 2 that will help with the event, As noted above this character will help earn event currency, and you’ll need 150 donuts for that combo should you wish to purchase it.
Also, Gil will be making an appearance during Act 2. You’ll need 200 donuts available for his latest “deal”.
And that’s it, all you need to know to start up Act 2 tomorrow!

So tack on 2 Days from last Wednesday

Act 3 = starts on a Sunday
Act 4 = starts on a Tuesday

I’m looking forward to seeing what Act 2 offers (from the next Premium Character Combo, to the Gil Deal) but I need to also make room for New Content (uuuuuh it’s not easy).

I am a little bit behind on the tapping since I had to move my game to my iPad instead of my cell phone. I got the constant downloading so now I tap less often. But I should get the last prize by today.
