Tidings Terrific Television Tune-in’ers!

(Today’s post is sponsored by the letter “T”)

Were you excited to see The Simpsons back again last week. Did you enjoy the last episode? How did it fare for an episode with Marge and Lisa starting a charity? Was the plot a fun-raiser (get it, fundraiser)? Can’t wait for another new Simpsons episode? Well you won’t have to wait too long for the next such episode as The Simpsons is back this Sunday, with an all new episode! Woohoo!

So here’s your official TSTO Addicts reminder…all new episode, the season’s twentieth episode, this Sunday, May 7th, 8pm on FOX (at the same time on City TV in Canada)….“The Very Hungry Caterpillars”!

So what do The Simpsons have in store for us this week?

Here’s the episode information released from FOX:

“When a plague of insects shuts down Springfield, the Simpsons face their greatest challenge yet…spending time in lock down with each other.”

Unfortunately now that The Simpsons has moved from Fox to the House of Mouse, the YouTube channel “Animation on Fox” is no longer posting sneak peeks.

Be sure to tune in tomorrow night to see all the fun!

As always, after the episode airs we’ll have a full episode recap!

Are you excited for the new episode? What do you think will happen in the new episode? Excited for Season 34? What do you make of the episode plot? Excited for a lockdown-centric episode? What’s been your favourite twentieth episode of our favourite family over the past 33 seasons? Sound off in the comments below, you know we love hearing from you!

  1. … and the award for predicting the further decline in original TV content goes to … 🤔

  2. I thought this was a great episode. The Lisa subplot was a little weird but overall the whole thing was funny.

I agree I loved this episode compared to the previous ones. Looks like something realistic but I disliked how they portray Ned Flanders a bit off character perhaps.

  3. I look forward to watching this on Monday. Since I will be watching toys story 4 tomorrow at 7. I look forward to seeing the yellow family of the Simpsons seeing what they do as they are forced to be stuck inside their homes. I liked the first part of the last weekend episode but then it got to a point where it just was not realistic anymore. It just not very realistic getting a lot of money for an non profit organization that marge was able to build a fancy building. I would love to see more school episodes with teachers and field trips.
