Do all of the buildings earn money?
No. While almost all of the buildings earn money there are a handful of buildings that do not earn money but have other tasks. Cletus’s Farm does not earn money as the other buildings do instead it earns money through growing crops, Channel 6 earns money through news broadcasts and Open Air Stage earns money through characters performing. While Springfield Downs earns money through betting on the Dog Races.
Town Hall, Moe’s Tavern, Springfield Elementary & the Police Station do not earn money. However, your neighbors can vandalize those buildings with spray paint while visiting and you earn money from cleaning up the spray paint.
Finally, Springfield Retirement Castle is the one building that does not earn money, has no tasks to earn money, and cannot be vandalized. However, it’s a building you must purchase in order to get Grandpa Simpson.
Of course there are more, that I’m sure I don’t have on this list..but the bottom-line is, no. Not all of the buildings in Springfield earn money.

I have lots of Christmas gift cards accumulated but the i cant get to get the screen to use them to come up. Each time i earn a card i use it but them I cant access the screen to use up more cards. please help

Frustrated!! Trying to buy some donuts and it will NOT cooperate. Says my password is wrong, it wasn’t. Changed it anyway, as well as going from PayPal to Visa. Nothing, it will not accept my password, what now?

All of my Friends/Neighbors have been deleted, and not by me. Is EA finally eliminating this part of the game completely?
No. It’s a temporary glitch that’s been happening for years. They’ll come back, they’re not really gone.
I have a few characters that have quests I cannot access. Is there somewhere that lists what you need to do to access those quests? I’m guessing I’m missing buildings or characters they need??
You’ll have to do a search on this site for the characters. Their questlines should be listed

Hi, when you purchase for example 132 donuts you get 12 tokens and a building and 5 extra tokens that go as a bonus with donuts in currency too? And can you spend every token in golden mystery boy as many as how many tokens you have or is it limited?
You can use all your tokens as long as you have items available in your mystery box. If you run out of items in your mystery box, you can exchange your tokens for 12 donuts.
Tokens …do I need to use them or loose them, or can I save for future event?
Use’em or lose’em.
I strongly encourage using them.
I tried saving them once to see what would happen. I ended up losing them. Don’t make my mistake. Spend them or exchange for 🍩.

How does Sideshow You get donuts? I just get tickets, which I don’t need or want.
Every 300th pop, you get 5 donuts instead of tickets.

Every 300 collections, one of the slots that usually gives tickets will give you five donuts.

Hello! A lot of my character have disappeared. They were on a task to complete act 2. “Feed the Dinosaurs” I believe. I have over 100 characters at that stadium with a yellow thumbs up to say the task is complete, when I click on it I receive the $ and experience but my characters don’t become available. In the top left corner a check mark remains on Ned and I click that it brings me to the stadium but no characters. Anyone else have this issue and if so how did/do we solve it?
This happened to me once, so try moving the stadium to a spare piece of ground and you should find your characters huddled together beneath it. Once you see them they should be easy to break up. Replace the stadium at your leisure afterwards.
@RogerNowt I tried your suggestion and still can’t get my characters. I tried moving it on new purchased land, land that had space and close to where it was originally. My characters are still stuck.
If you can see your characters with the stadium moved, they will be stacked on top of each other, tap on the bunch and the top one should appear in top left corners that you can give it a job, do that and they should break apart. If not, try going to the job centre and give them all a four hour job, hopefully then they will all toddle off in different directions. After that I’m out of suggestions.
His solution was close, but not correct. When a bunch of characters get stuck in a building, the solution is to store, not move, the building. Then, once the characters are free, you can take the building back out of inventory and put it back wherever you want it.

Follow up question about this issue; what building are the characters at for the “Make Humans Live a Stressful Experience” so I can resolve the same thing? Thanks.
I had this problem also and this solution worked
Sandrashill is right. Put the building in your inventory. Your characters will free up. Then u can take the building back out of inventory

My crazy cat lady has a prompt to “get scratched by her gods” that always stays yellow. What am I supposed to comolete/what building to I need to complete whatever storyline she’s trying to do? Same thing with my blue haired lawyers 8hour task of looking unimpressed.
I have a similar problem. Crazy cat lady and her winter outfit. I even have the Christmas house for her but it wouldn’t let me do the task. The Christmas house says it’s locked in my inventory and I can’t unlock it. Same with winter house for apu and his wife manjula. I have the regular houses and for the Xmas ones but I just can use them. I tried here and with EA and neither was able to help so I just gave up on it.

Itchy, the full character, is not currently available in game. You’ll have to wait to see if it’s brought back. Itchy the mascot, NPC, is available via the Yearbook Mystery Box.
I was curious how I can get Lady Duff? I’ve been told she’s in the yearbook but I’ve spent hours looking for her. Id like to get her to finish a questline.
Lady Duff is in the yearbook box, but is bundled with Mexican duffman. So if you have Mexican duffman it’s possible you won’t see her in the yearbook
But…. what if I already have the Duffman and the Lady Duff skin? Is it possible for me to get Mexican Duffman somehow?
I’m a little bummed, b/c I only found out about the existence of Mexican Duffman thru my Town B. And, it made me realize that I don’t have it in my Town A…

When a daily task requires 5 or certain # of characters to complete that task, is there any way to not have that daily task block all the other characters from being sent to their regular jobs via tapping the jobs on Unemployment Building? Whenever I send the requested # of characters to do the task, I want to send all the others to their jobs just by tapping but cannot do that since that daily task is the priority for ALL characters and can only send non-human or not that heavily involved characters. (It’s hard to send 300?(doesn’t even know how many characters I have anymore) by tapping one by one and have to waste time either by waiting till that daily task is done (which can be from just 2 hours to 8 hours the longest) or tapping one by one (which would take more than 10 minutes to do so).

I, too, find that a PITA, so I usually just dismiss those takes and do the replacement one, instead.
If (and this almost never happens) the replacement task is also a multi-character task, I’ve even gone so far as to just pay the 10 donuts to speed the five required charters through it, just to save myself the pain you described. (But, then again, I get a lot more donuts than that each day just from collecting my two donut buildings, not to mention from collecting buildings/tasks, and from Yahweh each day, too, plus the Maggie game every three days and the occasional monorail and Sideshow You donuts, and I already have more donuts than I’ll ever use, anyway).
Can anyone confirm what the current item limit # is, and the last time it was increased ? Thanks !

What do you mean by a 4th? Where? On the side? Or the boxes in the middle? There are a max of 3 daily challenges that can be listed there. On the side tabs there are only 3. The Daily Challenges (purple at the top), Rail Yard (Blue in the middle), and Road to Riches (green at the bottom)

So I’m level 51 and I’m kem farming but not really making much progress cause I’m obviously low level but that’s not the problem, where does the money profit come in is my question
The quantity of KEM you farm can be adjusted to make money (fewer KEM), break even (aka ideal number of KEM), or lose money (more KEM).
I recently started a Town B (only Lv 10 right now).
Using my Town B game, when I “visit” my Town A (been at Lv 939 for like 2+ yrs) it seems there’s never any bldgs available to tap. I am able to tap other users’ towns and the “Other Springfield”.
Any suggestions?
Do you go to Town B right after clearing Town A? Do you wait at least 24 hours since the last time you visited Town A?
No, I intentionally left some Brown Houses in Town A uncleared for this purpose.
