Hey Howdy Hey Tappers!
It’s premiere night for The Simpsons! We’ve waited ALLLLLL summer long and now we’ll FINALLY know who gets killed off in tonight’s episode!
Every time premiere time rolls around, for any show, I always get to thinking about my favorite episodes & what makes the show so great. Before tonight’s Season 26 premiere, there are currently 552 episodes of The Simpsons! That’s a LOT of Simpsons history! Trying to go through it all can make your head spin!
Well the folks over at Vulture did the hard work already! As part of their Simpsons Week they complied a list of the best 100 episodes of The Simpsons. It’s a crazy list and full of AWESOME Simpson episodes, many I completely forgot about!

The Australian episode always makes me laugh and a think a great theme for a level update…….
“Bart’s Comet” is currently my favorite. The whole town crammed into the Flander’s shelter is comedy gold and one of the early great uses of the large cast, then the ending is genuinely heartwarming AND funny. Love it.
Trilogy Of error and Lisa gets and A (Love The crash bandicoot parody) are my personal favorites! 🙂

I have to say all treehouse of horrors are pretty cool but i have to go with Grimey and his episode. I so want him as a ghost like Maude, forever trapped in our little hand held towns.
I must say since I play Tapped Out I like the Simpsons Episodes less and less.
And I don’t have a Best Simpsons Episode. Sometimes I like them and sometimes I don’t. Sadly the last 3 season had more don’ts than do’s 🙁
Long time reader and I never comment, but I had to on this one. I’m 32 now so I remember watching the original season (behind my patents backs I might add) and can proudly say I have seen all 553 now.
I have to say that Homer goes to college tops my list, I even used the clip where he melts down the college level reactor in MY Soc 451 class in college as an example of technology in society . Lots of others are close, Stonecutters, Marge vs the monarail and SideShow Bob Roberts make my short list. But Homer at College always tops the list, the nerds, the dead, the outright theft of a pig…. Just a classic from start to finish!
Certainly a great episode. I also had to secretly watch the show once upon a time. Now my mom and I watch and laugh together.

I think Vulture put together a good list of best episodes. I see many of my favorites on it. If I had to pick one, I guess (not surprisingly) it would be ‘Marge vs. the Monorail’, but there are many favs. That said, the ones I don’t like are generally the musicals or when characters are not playing themselves (i.e. when they’re playing historical characters or someone other than themselves for the entire episode).

Greatest episodes: Season 1-14
Minus the musical episodes…
Seasons 1-10 had hardly a dud.
Was always very excited about “The Tree-house Of Horrors” every year
My guesses on who will be killed tonight is sideshow bob, sideshow mel, or mr. Teeny. I hope they don’t kill mel though😢
3 simple words: Weekend at Burnsies. Stoned Homer, marienette mr burns and the big dance number too funny.

I believe my favourite episode was called last exit to Springfield where homer becomes union boss in season 4 also homer vs the eighteenth ammendment is a great episode in season 8

Daaaarrrrryyyyyllll. I love that episode and it’s hard to pick just one! But I’d go with A Fish Called Selma. So many great lines. I miss Phil Hartman.

Hi! I really need some help! Didnt know where to post this. When i log into the game im suddenly back to level 25 instead of the max level and my town doesnt look the same. Almost all my premium items are gone and many expensive buildings to. Quests that i already have finished a long time ago is in progress now. Can anyone please help me? I have tried to log in and out of origin but its still level 25 and i have hard closed the app to. Its like i logged into another ones Springfield and mine is totally gone.
Hard close the game, uninstall it, reinstall it and try again. If that doesn’t work contact EA. Your game isn’t gone….just a temporary glitch 🙂

I’ve never seen an episode I don’t like. It would be impossible to pick a favorite. Some say it declined in quality. I strongly disagree. Still a great platform for the amazing artists who create the series
I loved that this list had episodes from various seasons…even as recent as last year. 🙂
Who Shot Mr Burns Part 1 (& 2), the only two parter of the show because of the whole mystery in it, and of course, the cliffhanger. And it’s an in-between of my two favourites seasons, the 6th & 7th.
