Today is Mother’s Day here in the US, a day when we honor the women who gave us life!
So a BIG Happy Mother’s Day to ALL the Mom’s out there from Bunny, Wookiee and I! We hope you have a fantastic day and your kids shower you with breakfast in bed, handmade gifts & no fighting! 😉

And now for our BIG Announcement…….
We’re adding a new Addict!
Well…in a little more than 5 months we’ll be adding a new Addict. A new and very Tiny Addict!
So for those of you that can’t read between the lines….my husband and I are very happy to announce that we’re having a baby! Due this fall…. 🙂
So as some of you may have noticed…I’ve been a bit under the weather the last couple of months. This is why. Ah first trimester sickness…so glad to put you behind me!
And for those curious…here’s a look at our official announcement that went out earlier today…
Very excited for this little one to arrive and happy to finally let you guys in on the secret!

I get the thankfully! Always think that’s so weird when people rub bellys of other people they don’t know. If you don’t know me hands off, and if you do know me ask me first. Just cause there’s a baby in there, it’s still my belly! But what do I know, I rubbed my sisters belly through all three of her pregnancies. She hated it. Lol.
Hopefully the nausea stays with the first trimester and you proceed with a great appetite for weird thinks like pickles and peanut butter. Lots of good wishes your way mama bear.
lol my sister is actually due in a couple of weeks…but I’m strictly hands off the belly. Unless she tells me to feel something, i don’t touch lol.

Awwwww. A baby addict is on the way! Congrats Alissa, that’s a life changer.

We had a lovely (although stormy) Mothers day. Mum and Dad and my son came over. I cooked goulash with Tyroller dumplings and served with rice, salad and garlic bread. Then a few games of pool, beer and bubbles. Just nice to have the family together.

well, my wife can be happy she got two out of three. the third is simply not a realistic option…. the kids are all fight!!
just wanted to wish a happy mothers day to all the mothers out there, and condolences to everyone whose mothers have passed on.
and a sincere, heartfelt congratulations to you alissa. i’m truly happy for you and yours, and your road that lies ahead. it’s life changing when you realize you have something more important in your world than anything else you’ve ever had, something you’d willingly give your life to protect. it’s awesome.
