I was able to get in just now to tap on my characters with finished jobs, after getting in a few minutes ago, tapping on the SH production, and getting kicked right back out.
After multiple crashes out of nowhere yesterday while visiting neighbor towns, I’m probably just going to wait until their server issues are taken care of before I do much more tapping.
I’m glad to know I’m not the only one having a problem visiting neighbors. Yesterday was the first time I got through everyone without the game crashing
dont tell EA but i just got in and game was slow but worked fine.
Just got in myself, went to the rail yard, you’re telling me I have to wait a day and a half because I’ve earned this week praises? WTF!
This has been a frustrating “update”
10:35am – East Coast (Massachusetts). Got in. Bravely put all on 1 hour tasks or “monorail” tasks. Don’t give up. Keeping to get in. Even if you’re only able to play for 30 seconds, at least you’ll get credit for game play toward the Daily Play Prizes. Hope it’s still working when I get back from church. Gotta jet – running late for Mass. Fingers crossed we have no more interruptions.
1:00 pm and game is working fine for me. I play anonymously which might be a reason things work for me and not others – no account sign in/play issues. Sounding like others are having good luck too. Fingers crossed all is fixed.

I think it’s quite widespread; lots of servers seem to be down across all kinds platforms, games and sites…

EA is having server issues. Amazon is shut down completely. What a Coincidence???
Was starting to think it was just me. Keep trying to stay on track with TO and playing it round my schedule but when it goes down like this, I sadly feel lost.
I noticed for the first time a ? Get help button in the upper left hand corner. It resulted in a white screen with an Exit button in the same place. Might as well have said “Smell you later.”
Coincidentally, Mercury is in retrograde…
10:27 Eastern Time (U.S.) and game seems to be back up. 🙂
I got to play for about 5 minutes. Now Bart again…ugh. Gotta love it 🙂

I have 2 games which I believe are on two servers be a use when down usually one or the other works. Both have been out this am for over 5 hours.
So was the EA v origin switch really in name only or did they change servers? In 2 years I’ve never had an outage of this length before

15:00 scotland time, still no access, so many problems with this game recently, ea need to work on these problems, maybe working on them now with any luck, monorail act 3 very bad for me, took the enjoyment out of playing.

I work for Turn 10, and we have a game franchise exclusively for XBOX.
Now whilst I work on the content development aspect of the game, and know very little about server issues: we do have a dedicated team available 24 hours who work on any issues within the Forza community, along with external help from Microsoft if the servers have real issues. . So with EA stating it could be a few days… I feel like it’s almost a slap in the face, as they have a huge team with huge tech support that almost rivals MS.. And the fact that this is a real cash cow..
But hey, it is what it is. I would say I hate this game, but we all know that would be a lie.
Everybody’s giving way too much credence to what one EA rep had said, especially since we know that some of those reports have absolutely NO idea what they’re talking about.
Game seems to be back up now…proof that that retro was either given bad info or made up info to get rid of having to deal with a customer and to keep that customer from coming back for a couple of days.
10am EDT, my android won’t connect and my husband’s iphone 6 won’t connect. And we wait. Glad I got my 5 bonuts yesterday!!!!!!!
I wonder if TSTO expanded too quickly with Springfield Heights and the Monorail. I began noticing slower speeds with just Springfield Heights, and then once the Monorail event began I experienced a lot more downtime. This game has become a battery drainer as well on my iOS device. And now I hear it may take a couple days to fix? This might be the beginning of the end for me with TSTO.

I’ve had the Bart screen since 5 pm in here, Indonesia. What is the problem??? Anybody know??? Coz still now(9 pm) the Bart Screen still in my TSTO when I click this game (╥_╥)
Plus side??? Maybe EA will give out some free donuts!

Its been like that for hours now… I’ve been getting the Bart screen since 6am… It’s almost 11am here in Brazil 🙁
I’m down too but after monorail removal I’ve not been able to play towards extra track pieces. Have I missed something?

UK Time 14:45 still can’t get into game to finish colecting to complete the monorail challenge. I was almost there to collect the last few parts+free donuts! Unless they reset the time limit back to allow a Cople more days to complete when servers back up? That would be nice 😊have a great day all
