The final act of the Christmas/Winter Event hit our devices yesterday and with it arrives MAGGIE!!! Act 3 is basically a whole new game…Gone are the Merry Makers, collection of Mistletoe, daily challenges & crafting. Here are Imaginary Bears, pacifiers, babies & Play Dough.
Like all events, a questline was rolled out with it to help guide you through Act 3. If you ever get stuck with something in the event, just check out the questline and see what needs to be triggered next…usually you can get “unstuck” by following along with the questline.

Beginning of the end quest doesn’t continue after returning from Krustyland
Oh boy…a 6 day quest (if you don’t sleep 😉 )
Is this all about collecting pacifiers? What happens at the play dough factory? Just seems like a bunch of 8 hour tasks to me.
Thats a long quest line!! Awesome. I have Homer researching Daycare and Marge researching Preschool right now. I see the Ann Rand School in my store now. Any idea if I buy it now and start the build NOW if can I get ahead on the quest line if will I be causing a problem by going out of order.. If possible Id like to have the school built when they finish this task and then I can move straight the the next 8 hr task w/o waiting the 4 for the school to build.

Yes, that will work. It’s what I did (unintentionally – I was just so excited when I saw it was in the game that I had to build it right away) and, when it got to that part of the questline, it just gave me immediate credit for it.
I’m having a problem. My Krusty Burger Reindeer Truck is still vandalized because I wasn’t able to finish the questline in Act 2 where the characters remove the vandalisms from the buildings. Is there any way I can fix this? I tried storing it and putting it back again but it’s still vandalized. I hope somebody can help.

Part 5 was triggered at the same time as Part 6 for me, so Ayn Rand was ready by the time I need to start Part 7.
Quick review reveals that questlines don’t reward pacifiers. That and no freemium building that generates them. A big change from the last two acts.
This is a long quest line, but it’s fun to follow along. Spoiler alert…….I’ve heard that there are doughnuts to be won playing “where’s Maggie”. Any truth to this?

Wow, that’s a long quest line! Lots to do, I’m excited! Homer and Marge are applying to preschools right now for me. I’m probably behind because I wasn’t able to play much yesterday, hopefully I can catch up on pacifiers.
Also, wow, we are getting a lot of buildings between winter and now this. I have no idea where to put everything! I am not a good urban planner lol
One of my neighbours has 27,000 pacifiers. What is the point of hacking the game?? I don’t get it, where’s the fun in playing and collecting things for them!! How silly.
You can get some free doughnuts from EA for turning in cheaters. Contact EA. I’ve done it about three times, and they’ve given me 15 free doughnuts each time .
They may not be cheating. Be careful about jumping to conclusions. Maggies tasks pay out pacifiers and can be rushed with donuts. It takes 27408 pacifiers to unlock all the prizes. An over zealous premium player may not want to wait to unlock them all over the course of 2 weeks and spent their money on getting them all now. I’m not saying people don’t hack, I’m just saying that an outrageous amount of pacifiers isn’t proof of hacking.
Just a heads up: The Ayn Rand School appears in the menu as soon as you start part 5 of the quest line, so if you build it right then, you get a jump start on part 6.
Ever since I tried to build the play dough factory my game shakes and crashes every time I try to log in
Love it but bears touched in Friends towns are not counting correctly with my numbers. Wondering if this is something that other people are having trouble with . I stopped visiting because they weren’t being added to my count.
Are you at your daily limit? If so, gotta wait til the 24hr reset to get the pacifiers again for the first few neighbor taps.
Scanning quickly through the really long list of really long tasks ahead, I’m really amazed by how many people I saw mentioning that that the were playing, or trying to play, the Maggie game. I know that the mods need to spend donuts to rush to the end of the act’s tasks so they can write wonderful, helpfu articles like this, but I can’t believe there are so many other folks who would do that! Seems like there are better things to spend precious donut on (unless you’re rich enough that money really isn’t an issue), plus, what are y’all gonna do for the next couple of weeks (or more)?
I’m working on Part 5 and I have Marge and Homer on their 8 hour tasks, when I noticed that the Ayn Rand School for Tots is already available for crafting. Evidently it’s not a requirement to finish part 5 first before you build it, so you can save yourself 4 hours by building it while Marge and Homer are on their 8 hour Part 5 tasks. The building takes 4 hours to build, so it should be ready to go when part 5 tasks complete.

Is the Play Dough Factory supposed to do anything? It earns no currency and when I tap on it nothing happens, I get like “half” a pop-up screen… Thanks !

Super long quest line! I realize I’ve only just begun and it’ll take a few days, lots of long jobs to do. Looking forward to the end and Maggie’s little side game quest. Finally Krustyland comes back into play!! Fun Winter event this time around, my favorite in a long time. Fun little way to start this new year.

Just a quick question that has absolutely nothing about Christmas. Is there a reason for the lemon tree? I collect baskets of lemons all the time but have never known what they are for, can someone fill me in please 🤔
Fun fact: When TSTO first launched, you could actually steal the Lemon Tree from a neighbors place… like in the Simpsons/Shelbyville fuel in the TV series. The option was removed as people complained. The item took ages to get.
As for the Lemons icon, just a fun icon to let you know it’s time to collect the $$$ & XP from the tree. Nothing more. 🙂

This quest line is great unless your only on a lower level and don’t have krustyland, town hall or some of the characters ☹ when they do these quests they should take everyone into account
Holy smokes, this is a long questline!
I’ve actually run into an interesting situation caused by the Money Mountain: When it got dumped on me long ago, I was in the middle of the Wolfcastle and Lenny/Carl quests, and it stalled them both out (I didn’t quite realize it, either.) I finally finished MM last week or so, and they both suddenly resumed. I’m now on the part of “Up the D.-List” or whatever it’s called that requires Marge to Walk Maggie, at the same time I need to Take Maggie for a Walk for THIS questline. In the past it’s seemed like a task will not simultaneously credit two quests, so I’m expecting the same here, but since it’s an entirely new task (joint with Maggie instead of solo Marge, and with a new name,) it’ll be interesting to see if the new task will satisfy the old quest’s requirements, or if they didn’t think to fix it yet.
What if we don’t have Kenny and Carl yet? I’m only level 24-25…
You do your best to play the event and continue to work through the levels as quickly as you can. Lenny and Carl are level 27, so it isn’t that far off if you really grind. We have all been there at one time or another. For me, I could hardly participate in Easter 2014 (started playing during the event) and kept hitting roadblocks during Stonecutters (and Clash of Clones I think, though I don’t remember that event well.) There is great info here on this site about the levels and what you need to accomplish to move things along. Good luck!

And to all those whiner in the last articles about the end of the crafting – be more independently… or do we need to continue this absurd way, that we need for all matter of course an explicite explanation – like “don’t put your cat in the microwave!” or “boiled coffee can be hot!”… it’s crazy enough already….

This is one of the longest questlines I can remember. A lot of recent events had very short ones to get it set up or practically none at all. I like it. 🙂
