Yesterday was the day. Day 9 in the Situation Room and the G.H.O.S.T. challenge. Yesterday you should have unlocked that mystery prize (which we revealed in this post and in the title of this post…) at the end of the 9 day G.H.O.S.T. track.
So let’s break down the details of the prize: what it is, what happens when you unlock it & what it does and more….
Remember, the next prize track won’t until until the 18th (Tomorrow). So don’t panic if they didn’t unlock again…they won’t until the 18th
So once you’ve completed your two tasks for today:

Ok so I missed getting the G.H.O.S.T. prize box…it popped up so quick totally missed it. BUT it awarded 2,000 
and 60
Additionally you’ll unlock that not such a mystery now prize…
G.H.O.S.T Enforcer & you’ll get his character unlock message to popup:

Sorry guys, but like I said in the daily tasks post for the G.H.O.S.T. Enforcer is just an NPC, not a full character. He does have animation when tapped…
BUT just an NPC. So he won’t help you in anyway with the event…except for the intel you earn when you unlock him…
And that’s it my friends! All that’s too unlocking the G.H.O.S.T. Enforcer and clearing the G.H.O.S.T. track.
So what’s next? Hang out and wait until April 18th when the next one unlocks…

I found him once, tapped him a few times, and now he’s off with that gnome somewhere.
Isn’t it unusual for an NPC to have an unlock screen? The only thing that’s keeping The Enforcer out of inventory is that I strongly believe they’ll give him tasks later. (Although, I guess he could still go into inventory until then…..)
No. They all have them (and are part of character collections)
I like him. He looks cool. I love NPC’s so I really don’t care about that. It’s getting to the point where it takes so long to assign jobs it’s kind of nice.

I am in the “store all NPCs ASAP” camp. Can someone who loves NPCs explain the appeal? Is it just characters you love? Or all NPCs?
Not sure if I can explain, but if you love or hate them is probably dependent on what you want out of the game. From a completely utalitarian view, they are useless. They don’t earn you anything. They drain your resources, especially if you play on an older device.
I still love having them around, but I also decide what to buy because of the look and feel of a particular item, not for the bonus% or its earning potential. Always a plus, if I remember the episode they came from (this one I don’t). The NPCs are like animated decorations for my streets. I like watching them wander around aimlessly, while everyone else is busy with some job or other. And then there are those that do hilarious things when tapped. Every time I come across one of those I tap and laugh. Like the Zombies going Splat, or the unicorn that barfs rainbows. The popcorn-Bob, all the birds that take off and fly, Snorky doing backflips. They don’t earn money, but they sure add to my enjoyment of the game. The only time I stored all my NPCs was during the Monorail-event (I think it was that one, not a 100% sure), because I still had my old device, and I had a lot of crashes and freezes. Since then, I upgraded my hardware, not a problem since, and my beloved NPCs are wandering again 🙂
That being said, this particular one is kind of meh, the animation when tapped is kind of boring, but I still won’t put him in storage.
Got him and sorry but what does GHOST. stand for?
His animation is lacklustre. I expect him to get into some big fighting stance when tapped
An NPC, eh? Well that explains why he didn’t have any adventure. I was doing a quick 4-hr check-in while at family’s house for the holiday when I got him, and didn’t make time to look into him more.
So NPC. Meh. Just means when I see him I’ll be throwing him in Inventory with all the others.

NPCs have been promotend to fully playable characters, even a sack of flour.
I got him, but was really disappointed that he was not a full character
they gave a way a free full character for the super bowl but not for this ???
He will eventually end up in storage next to nessie

I wish EA would bring back Mojo the helper monkey. In fact I wish EA would have a mega sale and bring back every single NPC there ever was! I’d buy a boatload for that 🙂
I am with you, love them too. They populate my streets, add a lot of atmosphere and a lot of them do hilarious stuff when tapped.
I want Mojo and the guinea pig!

Another great reason for this site. Pretty sure this unlocked at the same time I unlocked the HQ underground skin and never even noticed the popup. Never would’ve known he was in my town if not for this article (I did eventually locate him).
Still looking for him… even blocked out everything else except characters. If I can’t find him soon I’ll contact EA.

I’m having some issues with my HQ. I got the G.H.O.S.T Enforcer and I moved my HQ to a better locating in my springfield but since moving it all my MIT have gone. I’ve tapped 1 in two days. I’ve moved it back again but still no MIT. I have to wait another 4 hours to see uf I can put the HQ in my inventory to see if that sorts it out (doubt I’ll be able to store it though). Just wondering if anyone else has had or is having this problem.
Have you rebooted your device and gone to the friend screen and back?
I finally found the slippery cyborg just strolling around my town. Usually if its a NPC, EA has some “tap this NPC to see what it does” thing ,but not this time. Keep looking everybody, I found him, Hope you do too.
two days can not play because the application crashes when I try to open. I uninstalled and re-installed but not working. Still can not play not to get into the game! Quick help !!!!!! When you try to install, just drop me off from the application and the screen says “we are sorry, the application does not respond!” What to do !!!!
I had a similar issue a while back and had to contact EA and have them roll back the clock on my game progress to before I started having the problem. It sucks losing progress, especially during an event, but this has helped me and other people with a similar issue.
I contacted customer service EA,they could not do anything. I do not know what to do. I play three years, I do not want to start again from the beginning
EA even could do a rollback to a previous level? That rEAlly sucks 😡
Some EA customer service people are more helpful than others….Contact them again, hopefully you will get through to someone who can help. If not, keep contacting them until you do. This happened to me during the tapball event, eventually i found someone at EA who rolled my game back to a time before the problem and my game has been fine since then. Good luck 😊

Anyone else notice the Enforcer’s bionic arm and eye switch sides from time to time?
They just mirror the image, rather than having to draw entire new sprites.
I love my tumbleweed and zombie dog (all other NPCs are stored)!

GHOST Enforcer hangs at my Squiport using his LASER eye.
I can’t find him in my town either. Searched and searched. He must be a really good secret agent with some serious undercover skills.
Unlocked him, tapped him, stored him. Adios!

Couldn’t believe he was an NPC, fine tho, love em, jus bought Egg Council Guy!
Here’s hoping that someday, EA will give him tasks like other NPCs-turned-full-characters.
Aside from evil Homer and the squidport characters, are there any other human NPCs?

Off the top of my head, Bonestorm Santa.
I finally found him and an animation error: each time he changes direction the cyborg side changes, too. Right eye, right arm to left eye, left arm.
I unlocked him and immediately stored him. Not a fan of NPCs.
Lame, if they can make an advertisement character w/ no relevance a playable character (Osaka Seafood Concern Squid) they could’ve made this one into a playable character
First. Thank You Addicts for all ur information and because it helps so much. As of this moment I just completed the last prize and am working on bonuts and that’s just with visiting my game 4 times ever 24 hours and only visiting my friends three or fours days only. So again. Thank U. U guys and ladies make this easy and great.
the easy way to see this NPC is opening the character colletion hahahahah
I unlocked him as well but he seems to have disappeared. Almost as strange as all the visitors cars that are missing in my Krustyland car park. Is it just me or have all the cars gone?
I noticed that, too… wonder if it is a premonition…next the fences will be gone, then the trees…and the highway…then, one by one, all the attractions will fade away….👻🙀👻…just in time for Halloween 🎃.

I can’t even find him in my game! Has anyone has the same problem? I rebooted but without success.
I unlocked him, saw the pop up joined my Springfield & haven’t seen him.
I’ve seen the small ball of tumble weed more then him so far.
Not that I’m actively searching, but I too have not seen him since he was unlocked.
Next Dossier prize?
