Itchy and Scratchy are finally in Springfield! As Itchy and Scratchy land has arrived in Springfield, among the fun of a new amusement park is a ton of issues with the event itself. From lagging and freezing to missing items and just general aggravation. What are your thoughts on the event?
Donut Day was this past Friday, did you partake in any of the donut offers in game or in real life? Riley and I made our way to our local Duck Donuts (Riley’s favorite) and enjoyed a couple of warm donuts!
How about the rest of your weekend? It’s finally June, ready for the summer? Do anything fun and exciting this weekend?

I don’t gripe often, and I’m not on this site often enough. That changes today. The login issue has been nagging my phone for weeks, and I knew I wasn’t alone. But for the last 36 hours I’ve been unable to log in, and reinstalling didn’t help. So I reached out to EA, clicking on their “contact us” options where I specified “Can’t Log In” and need to enter my “Mayhem ID.”
The Mayhem ID that can only be found within the game. That I can’t log into. EA asks for a piece of impossible-to-retrieve information.

Hi two questions I had Alaska. Nebraska and Peter D’Abbruzio from the summer box but can’t get to do jobs keeps saying need building but got all 3 stages and I lost all of the righteousness from the cpngormeter does it reset itself so annoying when I had all stars filled thanks
Regarding the 2 characters, I’m not too sure as I do not have them, It might be a different building that you’re needing (not the stage) that is blocking the task?
Next to their task does it say “requires (building name)”
With your star rating, for righteousness, you can build training walls
(the red wall with a door on it) if you don’t like the look of them, you can hide them around your town.

Losing righteousness points can be countered by purchasing “training walls” using in-game cash. They are an offset tool in case someone graffitis one of your buildings. You probably need to get 20 or 30 of them to start.

Training walls are available once you reach level 33.

I WANT & NEED MORE SPRINGFIELD HEIGHTS LAND !!!!!
I really love to have KL and ISLand in Springfield now. Just nuked my town a couple of months ago and still haven’t had a clou how and where to put all the items that don’t really are Springfield. Now I will create a huge amusement park including dinosaurs and Western city and Christmas and Europe. Love it when everything makes sense 😉
Poochy hangs around Springfield rather than go to krustyland or Itch and Scratchy land.
He is still getting used to being in Springfield, and he probably wants to have a look around. 🙂
So far my playing experience lately has been… Play 5 minutes, get Barts screen, load for 3 minutes, and repeat. I feel like I’m not anywhere near where I should be and I’m so behind. It’s very discouraging. I can’t even visit my neighbors either.
Been playing game for years.this is first time I’ve had problem w/ freezing,lagging,and missing items.I have not been able to play?
At what point should I consider deleting dead wood/non playing neighbours? I have a few names where I’ve had my finger over the unfriend button but have held back until they get to the 6 week limit.
And as only 10 neighbours produce event items, what does everyone think the ideal number of neighbours should be?
100. Hide the ones you don’t want to visit. Having more makes it easier to find tappables. Sometimes it easier to find things in towns that have been abandoned.
Like Charles, I have found that keeping 100 ‘active’ neighbours is not necessary to play the game. I have 100 neighbours on my list, but I think at least 30 would be ‘inactive’. I no longer check how long it has been since any of my neighbours have last visited
For the events that require you to visit your neighbour’s town and find/tap a character roaming the streets, having a low level, inactive neighbour is ideal. Their towns are not big, but the game puts the same number of tappables into them during these events, so there are lots in a small space. Much easier than finding three in a level 100+ town that is built up and spread out.
Conversely, some events require you to tap on buildings. For those, having active neighbours with larger towns is better. Typically, you can only tap on 30 neighbours per day to gain event currency, so you don’t need 100 active neighbours for that.
Anyone else having log on issues..? Have been trying all day and can’t log on…
Unfortunately, yes. It tells me “An error occurred while processing login. Please try again.” I reset my password just in case with no luck. The error screen comes up so quick there’s no way it’s even checking my login. It seems like I ran into this years ago, but can’t remember how it was resolved. Here’s hoping in a few hours or (please not many) days it will be resolved.

I don’t know if this is your problem, but I can’t log in easily using data. I have no trouble logging in when I’m on WiFi. I have 8 GB of storage space available on my iphone and I think this helps because other than lagging, I’ve had no problems with this update. I feel for those bumping their heads on item limits, too. 🙁
Has anyone else lost everything from their Krustyland and had to contact support? I have and they want me to send a list of everything I lost, but obviously I have no way to give them a list since I have no way to look up all the objects that used to exist there. I also lost literally everything you could get because I had bought all the decorations/rides/etc. Has anyone figured out a way to put together a list like that? I am super frustrated with how unhelpful support has been.
I didn’t lose anything (as far as I know) but I group stored before nuking.

It is Monday here in Australia so in my case Happy Monday. 🙂
My feelings of the event and regarding krusty Land:
I don’t think it was very nice making us nuke and close KL down. 🙁
I know it is a ‘silly little game’ but I think we (the loyal players) are upset because we spent time and real life money decorating then it was just taken away from us. Just like Mr Burns stealing Maggie’s candy.
I think they could have done a story line like this:
“Itchy and Scratchy Land plan on taking over Springfield because there is no theme park there so they know they’ll get all the business and profit, then they feel sorry for Krusty, so they ask him to partner up with them and allow him to move his rides to Springfield if he wants to and they can share the profit”
Then we (as Krusty) could have chosen which rides to leave and which rides to move over.
That way the players who like KL could have kept it. And those who didn’t could have erased it.
The above was how I felt at first, but now I am starting to like the idea of having KL in my Springfield, because of the rides and I like the new KL decorations (like the shrubs and the pink fence and the blue bumper cars)
I have almost finished designing my KL.
I’m going to make a beautiful, big and better KL (I owe it to Krusty) 🙂
(other parts of my town are Currently a little jumbled due to re-arranging the buildings I would like to place near KL.
I might even make my whole town a Krusty Land only and not worry about having a Springfield 😛
Hey, guys and gals! Hope everyone is well 😬 Took a nice break from TSTO since Christmas. After years of having to “get it all”, I had to put it down. Too many dumping grounds from events passed was overwhelming. Watching the new updates come and go with not much interest until now. I’m enjoying this update so far and I’ve decided to store a bunch of crap that I dumped on the outskirts of my town. Gonna give ‘er another go and see if I can get back that lovin’ feelin’ 😂 Hope I haven’t missed anything crazy cool, good to be back!!!

I spent some real money. Bought Scratchy. Feel dirty. Been wandering around like a crazed Lady MacBeth “Out…out damn spot”.
Oh Shooosh! I was premium from the first week I got this game. There’d be no Tapped Out if nobody spent money. You should feel dirty if you enjoyed this game for years without once dropping a dime instead of the other way a round.
With several thousand dollars debt to pay off, yes, I feel a little dirty spending the hundreds of dollars I have on this game over the last several months.
Perhaps this isn’t the place to mention such things, but please do not tell me to shoosh when you have no idea of my, or anyone else’s, situation.

I received the 8500 item warning today. I’ve been tapping for less than a year (starting with the Halloween event) and am only at level 138-ish. I still have quite a few land tiles to buy for $, so at this rate i’m destined to max out on items well before I run out of land. Designing and adding details are my favourite parts of the game – now I feel like my tapping joy could be short-lived. I know there’s been loads of frustration with the item limit, even with the latest increase – I expected this would be a level 939 worry, not where I’m at now. I can’t imagine limiting trees, shrubs and now festival fencing. 🙁

Yes and at this rate I’ll hit that before I’ve been playing even a year or hit level 200. I’m going to have to drastically reduce my decorating style.
I know it probably a bit late but I found a way around ‘not being able to nuke krustyland ‘.I logged onto my game on another iPad and managed to nuke krustyland.I then went back to my old iPad and it works,now started the new event.😃😃👍👍

In the last two months I was affected by the glitch bug… EA rep told me to wait and for various reasons I waited. I re-organized my town, same with Krustyland etc… Than I received the message saying that there will be no fix for now and I got a rollback with the compensation donuts. I told myself that a functional city would be way better than a city with the previous event content… I took screenshot of my town and rolled back.
– I don’t have enough space in town because I forgot I grinded money during the glitch to buy land, but now I don’t have those resources so, no land, no space.
– My tablet died and I lost the screenshots…
– I finished the Krustyland and Penelope questlines during those months, so now I’ve to grind tickets for finishing it again…
– Wanted to try some KL mystery boxes because I like everything except for the fountain. First pick: the fountain.

I seem to be affected by a bug that makes it impossible to play anything of the new update. I have done all I can think of to make the new update work but as soon as I try to play, I am thrown out of the game.

Found a cool way to add cars to the Krustyland parking lots- leave room for pavement in between each lot and you can buy skinner’s car or the fasterosa from heights and put them in
Tap on the parking lot squares and numbers of cars will appear, similar to how the number of people change in the crowd grouping.

if you tap the empty Krustyland parking lots, it also makes cars appear.
I think there’s 3 different tap options on them.
But if you want even more cars, adding them the way you suggested is a good idea. 🙂
You can also tap them just like crowds. 😉
I found a cooler way to add extra cars & trucks… TAP TAP TAP Krustyland parking lots just to see what happens… Yay!

I haven’t bought all the land in SF in my b game – does any one know if the 9 land tokens for placing I&S gate will be put on land that could be purchased with cash or only on land purchased with tokens. thanks!
Probably either as long as you have the land.
My free land tokens opened up the cheapest land available.
Mine were placed on $ spaces, as I still have more to purchase with $. However, i placed KL by the ocean, with land I already had available.

Firstly I’d like to thank the Addict society team for all their work. I took a few months off this game, but when I saw this update in store I decided to have another crack. There was obviously a fair bit going on so I came on here and voila. All the info was right here. Thank you.
I just have one burning question at the moment – how can I find the character tasks for KL tickets? I really want to build some of that stuff, and the trickle of tickets is not enough for me!

KL character tasks are now integrated with the relevant characters task list, at least that’s where they are in my Springfield
The KrustyLand ticket tasks appear in the task list with the other tasks with a ticket next to them.

This is list of what characters have tasks in Krusty Land and what those tasks are, so they should appear as options for those characters now. They will greyed out unless you bring the appropriate KL ride out of storage. After that, just another item on the task list.
This new update has renewed my interest in the game. For a while it felt like I was just going through the motions because I had already invested so much time in the game. I had been considering a redesign of KrustyLand and was slowly unlocking land tiles (still had 2 locked when I nuked KL), and now that it’s a part of Springfield I can actually use some of the decorations that I couldn’t use in KL before.
I’ve also been unhappy with the clutter in my town, so I nuked the whole thing last night. Maybe I’ll even finish rebuilding my town this time around.
We all wish we could fix the lag. EA will get this fixed.

Until repairs are made, I will keep grinding for plastic knives and donuts. So glad I kept Sven Golly 4 hour premium task for most of the adults.

Isn’t it better to kem farm or monorail at a lot lower level? (Don’t laugh) but I have a 28.75 bonus with it about to go higher with one more half of my tree hugger bonus

I think maybe do a bit of both! Farming just a few KEMS (whatever you can afford with your in game cash) can make a big difference to how quickly you level, even without the xp collider on (I have 110% multiplier now (still small compared to most on here, I know!) and the collider isn’t really worth it for me unless I grind really hard for the week I have it on).
And the monorail is brilliant for free donuts as well with no need to spend any in game cash. I am constantly doing the monorail.
Getting the Springfield Heights buildings helps too I think because they have hidden bonuses and, again, no need to spend in game cash on them (though you do have to earn the heights currency which means missing out on regular cash paying tasks).

KEM farm, even without the collider on, is always worth it. Of course the more cash you have the better, but anyone should be able to do a simple 8 KEM farm. Buy more if you can. Use the donuts to buy 6 donuts Mystery Boxes to increase you bonus %. It is a cycle, the more Mystery Boxes you buy – the more cash you earn – the more KEM you can farm – the more donuts you earn – the more Mystery Boxes you can buy … !
First piece of advice, even if you really want to buy something in the game, is spend your donuts on beach hideaways from Springfield heights. They cost 40 donuts each and you can buy 5 of them. Keep in mind most of the pieces need to be placed in water so make sure there is room. Upgrade all of them to their full levels and place every part of every beach hideaway in your town (you can make it look nice later) and Tada you have 100% more bonus. Next piece of advice is put all the Springfield heights buildings in your Springfield that earn hidden bonus percentage (it doesn’t show up in your bonus number but it shows in your results) and dont worry about upgrading them until all of them are placed (private islands need to be level 2 at least to start gaining hidden bonus for you). You can look up Springfield heights guides on this wonderful site for further details. Also note that once you unlock Lindsey nagel you can start unlocking 8 hour heights tasks so you don’t have to grind as much.
As far as your question I would use the characters (besides the ones needed for this event) to grind for heights resources to unlock the 8 hour heights tasks and buy up all the heights land and water and place all your hidden and not hidden bonus buildings to give you a major bonus improvement, while unlocking a new character, and also suddenly having a lot more land and water to use without having to spend cash on it.

I have a question regarding previous Krustyland quests. What is going to happen to quests that took place in Krustyland? I was given a template Springfield due to the glitch and the Maggie storyline (which I had already completed) was reset. There is a quest that takes place in Krustyland. Will I still be able to complete it? There is also the level 43 quest with Krusty and the Princess which I was in the middle of, and I can’t continue it because there is no more Krustyland.
CARLOSMV43- Hopefully those quests will still promp if you have KL in your town. In my B game I purchased some mystery box items and the QLs auto prompted……💜X
